A Transient that likes saunas and looking after others and was picked up by Santa Claus on Christmas night. Due to circumstances that happened when he came to Tokyo he's lost half of his memories. Because of that environment he's 'reliant' on Santa and has self-admitted to helping with that work as his Role. When it comes to having connections with others, he has some sense of discomfort inside himself that he can't put into words. Despite that, as a result of taking great efforts to make friends he often makes unwelcome favors. In his original world, it is said that he showed a great talent in helping with farmers and looking after animals. He's used that to become known as the Santa School's top breeder and highly useful in all its subjects. Tomte holds a great gratitude of debt towards the one who once found him.

Notes

Tomte is based on a famous Scandinavian mythological Christmas figure. In the folklore, Tomte is described as really short, with long white beard wearing farmer clothing. Tomte is well-known for being the protector of farmers and their land from misfortune. It is customary among Scandinavian people to offer gratitude to Tomte's protection by leaving him a bowl of porridge on Christmas Eve.
His charge skill, Vihta Loyly, comes from two elements in Finnish sauna. "Vihta" is the fragrant silver birch used to relax the muscle by beating one's body with it, and "Löyly" is the wet steam produced by "kluas", the special stove used to warm up the sauna.

Yeah he is a pretty strong healer and debuff cleanser, just pair him up with another unit who can charge his CS attack so he can consistently remove debuffs.
