While he appears to originate from the world of Deva Loka, he also has deep ties to Shangri-La. His Sacred Artifact takes the form of a flame-like Mantle of ether that surrounds him at all times. There are two reasons the light shines not white but black: first, he transferred to this Tokyo as a shadow, and second, he has sworn a pact with the black avatar who maintains the world of Deva Loka."

Originally he was one of the guides for the spiritual evolution of man known as the Mahatma. He's recognized as coming from the world of Deva Loka, but he's also deeply involved with the formation of the other world of Shangri La. Also he possesses a belt-shaped burning ether body Sacred Artifact. According to him, its light can touch the souls of others, talk with them, and possibly exert influence on them. There are two reasons that the shine of that ether is black instead of its original white. The first is due to the requirements of summoning a Shadow. The second is due to a promise with Deva Loka's world preserver and dark avatara.

その名が意味するのは「常若の者」。与えられた「役割」を務め続けるために「彼とその同僚たち」は永遠に、若者であり続けることを強いられる。元は、ひとの霊的進化を導く者、マハトマと呼ばれる存在の一。出身は異世界デーヴァローカと目されているが、別の異世界シャングリラの成り立ちにも深く関わっている。そして、燃える炎のような帯状のエーテル体の「神器」を持つ。彼曰く、その光は他者の魂と直に触れ、そして語り合い、あるいは影響を及ぼすことが出来るものだという。そのエーテルの輝きが本来の「白」ではなく「黒」であることには２つの理由がある。１つ目はこの東京に「影」として転光するための条件によるもの。２つ目が、デーヴァローカの「世界を維持する者」、その黒きアヴァターラとの約束によるものである。
