Frequently turns the political landscape on its head by identifying any weaknesses amongst those in his charge and bolstering them accordingly, as well as trimming the fat by unceremoniously disposing of any and all liabilities. Loves sumo tournaments and enjoys sponsoring his favorite sumo wrestlers, but harbors a deep fear of falling off horses, which has symbolically sparked in him disdain toward making any moves solely of his own accord.
