"A Transient of noble birth from the world of Takamagahara. Takes great pride in his strength and adores sumo wrestling almost as much as he loves good food, immediately founding a sumo club at Roppongi Academy virtually the moment he enrolled. Unfortunately for him, it seems his schoolmates consider sumo less a sport to participate in and more simply one to watch, leaving his pristine sumo club room devoid of any rikishi save for himself. Despite this, he continues training, waiting with bated breath for others to join him so that they may ultimately take down Yoyogi Academy's prestigious sumo team. Though his arms were once said to have been able to toss immovable boulders, Takeminakata lost a battle against a strong fighter who wields a blade of ice, and the bandages that now cover both of his arms from fingertips to shoulder stand as reminders of that outcome. A born ruler, he always does his best to project assertiveness, though he's never quite able to hide his true convivial nature. Since he's lived most of his life in a remote region, he has a noticeable accent when speaking, and he always worries that it's going to give others the wrong idea; he avoids those he considers to be high-class or refined as a result, claiming (with a hint of jealous admiration) that he simply can't compete with them. Although he was born a faithful retainer to his home world's former Representative, he's earned another Role through other events that have transpired in his life, which has been described by many names: pledger of 8x9 vows, steward to the all-knowing and all-powerful, exile of the world, or stone idol. What these all describe is one who boasts the All-round attribute, which surpasses the infinite loop of imperfect endings here in Tokyo."

Takeminakata is a big eater who likes sumo wrestling and is proud of his strength, and the first thing he did at Roppongi Academy was to make a sumo club. According to the students who go to the same school he does however, he likes watching sumo wrestling instead of doing it. As a result, the brand new clubroom has nobody else in it, and Takeminakata practices hard every day hoping to top Yoyogi's wrestling team as he excitedly waits for new members while losing matches. The arm bandages he has are what remains of his arms that were praised as being able to pull a boulder that would take a thousand men to move after he lost to a warrior who wielded his own arm as a blade of ice. Since he was born a ruler, he always shows a strong and powerful manner, but he cannot hide his natural benevolence. He's lived a long time in a remote area, which left him with an accent he cannot get rid of and frets about. This seems lead him to avoid refined people with which he has a mixed sense of admiration and unattainability. Takeminakata was born as a loyal servant to his world's former World Representative, but a different legend has given him a different role. Binder of 8x9 Vows, Servant of the All-Knowing All-Mighty One, The One Exiled Beyond the World, or Mishaguji. Each of these hold All, the qualification of surpassing the endless infinite repetitions.

"Back in his home world of Takamagahara, Takeminakata once belonged to a group called Kunitsukami—the gods of the land—who managed affairs of state. At one point, he lost both of his arms in a sumo match, then was chased away to a distant lake, far from any who knew him. Even now, he still fears the blade of ice that was his undoing to such an extent that even thinking of it roots him in place and makes him shiver with fright. Yet what awaited Takeminakata at the lake to which he was banished were a friendly people native to the area who deified him and presented him with a new Role, permitting him to reinvent himself with a new faith. It's not quite what he had hoped for from his life, but considering all the power he'd lost, he couldn't help but smile with a renewed sense of fulfillment at the notion. Beneath his bandages, he conceals Sacred Artifacts known as Mishaguchi in which sacred spirits are said to dwell. These Sacred Artifacts are physical manifestations of his faith and can change their forms at will to anything and everything he wishes, though he typically leaves them in the shape of his missing arms. At one point, however, he unleashed their full power and they took the form of surging water and raging winds, creating a barrier to protect the lake and its people from a disastrous fire. Despite all this, Takeminakata has sworn to himself that he will find an opportunity to make amends for the crushing defeat he endured in that sumo match. He harbors tremendous respect for anyone who's ready and willing to give up their entire existence to achieve their goals."

The techniques used by his opponent from then has traumatized him towards ice blades, and remembering it makes him lock up in fear. Anyways, he was once run out of his home, and what awaited him by the lake he ran off to was the inhabitants of that region. Takeminakata was deified and given a new role, and he lived a long life with a new faith. This faith isn't something he ever wanted, but he smiles like he's not completely against it when he lends all his power to help those who ask. His bandages hide a Sacred Artifact that's also known as Mishaguji. Normally it takes the shape of his arms, but it is also a manifestation of faith that can take the shape of All Things and change at will. One time it was released, causing winds and water to surge to protect the people from fires as the Moriya barrier that guards the lake. Takeminakata has sworn to himself for a chance to avenge his past loss. He has great respect for anyone prepared to give up their very existence and everything in it.

Takeminakata thinks he personally may be lacking some sort of draw factor, so he's gone to talk with a bear at that one sports school. Said bear has suggested that he try being a sexy, popular city boy, so now he's thrown his whole self into it. He's gone to talk to the Roppongi guild leaders to plot out a whole makeover for himself, and Valentine's Day arrives as he studies up on how to be the perfect urbanite. There, he heads off classic Takeminakata-style to make the biggest date invite towards the one he's set his mind on with no fears of things breaking to pieces. He wasn't the forward, aggressive sort even back in his home world, but here he's bringing the strength honed from the far regions to shoot for the moon.
