"What's up, Girimekra? You're always so unfriendly! I thought you were gonna invite me out to dinner and a bath seein' as we're from the same school. C'mon, let's go!"
Girimekra and Tetsuox attend Umamichi Academy, the most popular delinquent school in Asakusa. Girimekra is in a hurry to get ready to go home when Tetsuox comes over breathing heavily and puts him in a headlock. Tetsuox doesn't care about the distance between them, but Girimekra doesn't try to shake off his arm. It's not that he doesn't like eating meals together, taking baths, or being invited to stay the night. However, whenever they get involved, something unexpected happens and the situation escalates into a big commotion. Because both of their Rules are like troubles that drag everyone around and get bigger. Today, too, many senior and junior classmates are involved in the thrilling after-school program.

「んだよギリメカラ、いっつもながら愛想がねえや！ 同じ学園のよしみってヤツで、飯や風呂へ誘ってやろうってんじゃあねえか。おらおら行くぞぉ！」
浅草きってのヤンキー校、得真道学園へと通う、ギリメカラとテツギュウ。
いそいそと帰り支度を進めていたギリメカラは、鼻息を荒くしてやってきたテツギュウからヘッドロックぎみに拘束されて慌てる。
距離感などお構いなしのテツギュウに、しかしギリメカラはその腕をさっと振りほどこうとはしない。
だって、別に一緒に飯を食うことや、風呂にはいったり、泊まりの誘いが嫌な訳じゃあない。
ただ彼らが絡んだ時にはいつも、予定外のことがおきて大騒動へと事態が転がってしまうだけなのだ。
何故なら両者の「権能」は共に、周囲を巻き込んで大きくなる厄難の如きものなのだから。
今日もこれから、多くの先輩後輩同級生たちを巻き込んで、ハラハラドキドキのアフタースクールが始まる。
