"Don't forget my thoughts, too!"

On one hand is Mara, who has been given a "Role" to hinder the practice of Buddhism. On the other hand is the Killer Star, a person who has been given a "Role" by the heavens to punish the Earth. Two people who are destined to be obstacles on the path to where one should be. And so Suzuka and Tetsuox went on a rampage, were wounded by their fate, and eventually drifted to Kabukicho. The two sides will not tolerate those who carelessly destroy this second home. However, the Kabukicho Outlaws will split and destroy themselves in most cases, no matter what path this battle in Tokyo takes. This is because, in order to achieve stability, Tokyo's "System" does not, as a rule, allow "the existence of a copy of itself." There is no need for two closed cities for those who have been chased from each world to escape to. Still, "we were here" ――they entrust that memory to another exile for the last time.

「あたしの想い　持っていっておくれ」

「あっしの想いも、どうか忘れずに、ですぜ！」 片や天魔とは、仏道の修行を妨げるべく「役割」を与えられた者。 片や天殺星とは、天より地に罰を下すべく「役割」を与えられた者。 ひとがあるべき場所へと至るための道程の、その障害たるべく定められた２人。 そして、スズカとテツギュウはその宿業のままに暴れ、傷つき、やがてこの歌舞伎町へと流れ着いた。 この第２の故郷を不用意に荒らす輩に、両者は決して容赦はすまい。 しかし歌舞伎町アウトローズはこの東京における戦いが如何なる道を辿ろうと、その殆どの場合において分裂、そして自壊する。 何故ならば、東京の「機構」はその安定性を得るために「自分の写し姿の存在」を原則として許さない。 各世界より追われた者たちが落ち延びるべき閉鎖都市など、２つは不要であるからだ。 それでも「自分たちは、ここに居た」――その記憶を、２人は別なる追放者へと最期に託す。
