Two boys, two dreams—Babe Bunyan wants to be a cowboy, and Vapula wants to master golem riding. By coincidence, they find themselves in the same place, led there by the desire to be able to ride a mount that's bucking out of control. The two decided to visit a local farm that has riding facilities for equestrian hopefuls. While Babe recommends they ride the same horse, Vapula simply laughs him off. Why ride double, he argues, when he's ridden golems alone more than a few times. He'll be fine, he adds, bursting with confidence. Vapula mounts his horse... and almost immediately fears being thrown from the saddle. This time, Babe is the one to calm the horse down, but the favor is quickly returned. When the figure he made becomes a rampaging golem, Vapula is there to help. They may not look like they do at first, but they do get along well."

「オイオイ、ヴァプラ！　馬が興奮しちまっているじゃんか？　ほら姿勢をしっかりと正して、手綱もしっかり持ってけヒーハー？」
カウボーイを目指したいベイブ・バニヤンと、ゴーレムを乗りこなしたいヴァプラ。
ある時、「暴走する自分の乗騎を乗りこなしたい」と願い、数奇な「縁」で２人は出会う。
牧場に併設された乗馬スペースで練習することにしたヴァプラとベイブ。
２人乗りを提案するベイブに対してヴァプラは笑う。
よくゴーレムの背中にまたがることもあるから平気だと。
自信満々の様子だったが、不慣れな乗馬に体勢を崩してしまう。
今回はベイブが暴れ馬を鎮めたが、一方的な助け助けられの関係ではない。
ベイブのつくったフィギュアが暴走ゴーレム化してしまった際に、ヴァプラが助けてくれたこともあったり。
なんだかんだ２人は、ウマが合う者同士であるのだ。
