"Hailing from the world of Yggdrasil, Jormungandr is one of the 23 dragons that surround Tokyo. He is blessed with the power to change his shape and mass at will, and possesses a variety of appearances. The so-called ""theatrical criminal"" of the Yurakucho Entertainers created this middle child of three siblings who are particularly vulnerable to the unexpected. His temperament bears a striking resemblance to his older brother Fenrir and his younger sister Hel, with a rough personality concealing sensitivity and a lack of awareness of his need for constant company. Jormungandr would likely be surprised to encounter his siblings in Tokyo, though, having arrived here from a different time. Past or present, his absolute toughness and ability to withstand unlimited punishment remain unchanging, and he has the ability to absorb and replicate the genetic information of powerful individuals he joyfully swallows up, as memories circumscribing his thoughts dictate he do. His Rule of Duplication allows him to create any number of retainers, and cell replication lets him increase his size without limit. This power lies beyond the bounds of the App and has thus been placed into the Infinite category, one of several residing outside of the world. "Jormungandr's Sacred Artifact is his Body, with its infinite size and ability to replicate itself indefinitely.
