Should he ever lose control of his emotions the flames will activate with no regards to his will and burn down everything he touches. Sempai-kohai relationships are important to him, and in particular the boy never forgets to show respect for his sempai.

The curry rice he stuffs his face with has spice and a certain adult flavor to it. Kagutsuchi however likes sweets. When it comes to people who will give him strong guidance, Kagutsuchi feels something he never recieved back in his home world and hold positive feelings for them.

Notes

Based on Shinto Fire God Kagu-tsuchi.
His back story is a reference to that Kagu-tsuchi's birth was the cause of Izanami's death, and in anger and grief, his father Izanagi cut him into eight pieces, which became the eight volcanoes of Japan.
- Many deities were also born from Kagutsuchi's remains, among them was Watatsumi (in some myths), the father of Toyotamahime, Otohime's origin.
- Hephaestus's relation with Kagutsuchi is due to both being children that are hated/disliked by the parent, similar to Ebisu (Hiruko), his older brother before him.
