Umamichi Academy in Taito Ward is infamous throughout Tokyo as a rough-and-tumble school for miscreants, and lunchtime in its cafeteria does nothing to quell such rumors. The rumble du jour—already attracting a crowd of eager spectators—is between Tetsuox and Nezha, with the final cutlet sandwich of the day hanging in the balance. The two circle around the table bearing this prize as if they're about to have a showdown at dawn in the old West, and then one of them—nobody's really sure who—makes the first move. Suddenly, the whole cafeteria is mired in a desperate battle, with plates and chairs flying every which way as if caught in a whirlwind. Yet when all is said and done, the victor will take their spoils and all transgressions will be forgiven... until tomorrow, when there's no doubt a similar scene will play out once more, just as it always does."

Tetsuox and Nezha are in pursuit of the last piece of delicious yakisoba bread. Who will be today's winner? The students around them yell and scream and get excited. The two of them clash like a whirlwind, but somehow they seem to be having fun. No doubt there will be more battles like this one in this place tomorrow.
