They possess the "binding chain of complicity" that will join as one with the sealed world and its future, but as a consequence they have no intention to surpass majority rules. The one who cheers up that being, who has experienced the culmination of majorities and minorities and is detained by that past, must be able to answer their final question. And that question is, "can people be shown the future possibilities of the power of binding from majority rule?"

かつて、失われた時と空において、何度も誓いを交わした２人。 それは共に、罪と裁かれ火に焼かれ、その痛みを抱える「役割」を負う者同士。 結合の地を追われるあなたの側には常に、その罪人の姿があるだろう。 その罪人の持つ縛鎖の本来の力を引き出すならば、かつての持ち主の助力が必要となろう。 それは閉じられた世界の向く先を１つへと結合する「共犯の縛鎖」を持つが故に、多数決の壁を超える意思を持たぬ者。 多と少、両方の極致を経験し、その過去に引き留められたその存在を再び振るい立たせる者は、最後の問いに答えなければならないだろう。 それはすなわち「ひとに、多数決による結合の力、その先の可能性を示せるか」。

If this game had any guts, Arc's dungeon quest would have them embark on some serious self reflection. Arc and their family are directly responsible for the death of Shinon amd yet the MC is trying to save them. On some level Arc needs to know they are being given more mercy than they deserve.

It's a shame that this and Zabaniyya's 5 star are the only sources of prayer in the game. On the bright side, you can stick this on Itzamna and he can hand out +30% skill proc to your whole team, because that's not fucking ridiculous or anything.
