Official English "World Representative of Kitezh and flag-bearer of its System, which seeks to maintain the perpetuation of all things through a stalwart faith based around diffusion. His name means ""one who strikes and crushes,"" which is symbolically represented by the Millstone he carries. With it, he can exercise his Rule, which allows him to grind down the memories of both himself and others and use the resulting dust to alter the behavior of those around him. This is usually achieved by mixing a little bit of his own memories in with theirs, which has caused a great many people in Tokyo to pledge their undying allegiance to him. He's also used this power to gain some control over or outright commandeer the powerful lightning abilities of certain other Transients. But though the power this Rule grants him is immense indeed, it does come at a price: each and every time he uses it, he chips away a bit of himself, and thus slowly but surely loses his own identity. And there is more to that identity than it seems at first glance, as Perun is also the student owner of an agricultural academy in Tokyo, which offers both full and partial enrollment options, as well as day and night classes. On top of this, he also has a penchant for poetry after a certain incident in his home world spurred his interest in it. In particular, he always seems taken by elegies and funeral dirges, seemingly reminded of the things he himself has lost over the years."

Translated from Japanese World Representative of System Kitezh that aims for eternity through the faith of diffusion. Perun's name originates from "the striker," and he carries a millstone as a symbol of that. It has the power to crush the memories held by himself and others up to that point to tiny pieces and change what passes for common sense. No matter what sort of situation it is, it can mix in with the self cognitions of others. By doing this, Perun has gotten many in Tokyo to swear loyalty to him. This also has another use in sharing the power of thunder users from other worlds or avoid paying them. It is a mighty and terrible power, but it is also a double-edged sword whose effects find even him. Every time Perun uses it, the price is that he must lose a part of his original self. Perun is a student owner of an agricultural school that offers full-time and part-time attendance as well as day and night classes. A certain incident from his home world has lead to him having a hobby in enjoying songs. When he hears elegies or funeral dirges for the deceased, he shows sympathy resembling nostalgia for those that have been lost.

Official Japanese 拡散の「信仰」により、永続を図るシステム・キーテジの「世界代行者」。その名の由来は「打ち潰す者」であり、それを象徴する石臼を携えている。それまでに持っていた自他の「記憶」を粉々に挽き潰し、常識を改変してしまう「権能」を持つ。どんなあり得ないシチュエーションでも、相手の中に己の認識を混ぜ込んでしまうのだ。そうしてペルーンはこの東京でも、多くの者たちに忠誠を誓わせている。また、これを用いて別の異世界の雷使いたちの強大な力を共有、あるいは借り倒しているという。恐ろしく強大な能力だが、しかしそれは諸刃の剣であり、彼自身もまたその影響から逃れることは出来ない。使う度に「元の自分自身」を失っていく代償を持つのだ。全日制と定時制、昼と夜の両方の学部を持つ東京の農業学園の学生オーナーである。故郷で起きたある事件をきっかけに、詩を楽しむ趣味を持つようになった。死者に捧げる挽歌、あるいは葬送曲に対して、失われたものへの郷愁に似た好意を示す。

Official English "Kitezh: One of the 23 worlds connected to Tokyo, known for its endless expanses of snow and ice, with more always flitting down from above. Within its frozen wastelands, the fires of individual lives are quickly, easily, and unceremoniously snuffed out, one by one. Thus came into being the faith of Kitezh, which states that even if a single life should wither and break, the greater whole shall carry on, never faltering. And at the core of this faith lies both an anger toward the cold and the constancy of death, as well as a resignation and acceptance of it, along with a strong desire to return to the old ways of taking everything that comes and making it one's own. It's that latter part of the faith that has armed Perun with spoils from his past that now serve as supplemental Sacred Artifacts, including a Spaulder from Olympus and a Thunder Hammer from Yggdrasil. His own Sacred Artifact, however, is a Millstone that can crush and grind any target to dust, which stands as a world pillar of the System of Kitezh. Specifically, the Rule it bears allows him to crush and grind any and all faiths—including his own—and mix them (individually or together) into a perfect whole. Due to the shared ideals of Kitezh's faith and that of the other world of Xanadu, Perun is allied with Xanadu's World Representative, while he stands against the Reserve Representative of Olympus following a past confrontation. Though Perun is never fully allied with anyone, as he cannot hide his reticence when faced with one whose Rule is capable of challenging his authority, even if that one is supposed to be on his side."

Translated from Japanese Kitezh is a world where heavy ice and snow falls anywhere you go. Flickering wisps of life fade and burn out in a blink of a second, with nothing but vast frozen soil as far as the eye can see. And what's born here is that faith that holds a gestalt that can survive eternally even if the individual pieces making it up are reduced to tiny bits. Its nature is wrath and resignation towards the land of death and ice, as well as a desire to return to a state of perfection that takes in anything and everything. Through this faith Perun shares use of and wields the shoulder plate from Olympus and the thunder hammer of Yggdrasil. But Perun's personal Sacred Artifact that he owns is a millstone that grinds its target. This millstone is the central World Pillar of System Kitezh. It has the power to crush any and all faith including its own and remake it all into one perfect thing. Perun is allied with the World Representative of Xanadu due to the compatibility of their faiths. On the other hand, he has a hostile relationship with the substitute World Representative of Olympus due to a past confrontation. Additionally, he makes no attempt to hide his vigilance against anyone with a power that threatens his superiority, even if it's someone he's aligned with.

>>19289 it is not 2021 anymore, smoky was good before everyone became self-sufficient powerhouses, the problem is 6 is too little in dungeons, he would have shined there as he could have be able to cleanse annoying debuffs, but he can only do it for 6 rounds out of 10, he is used in challenges and in and modern blossom farming, but challenges that deal with debuffs are 3 feet underground and blossom and seed farming is so chaotic and fierce that you can't afford to use a mediocre support character and on top of that another support for said character.

i fucking hate that i am only getting bombom dogshit units as profile.... this only makes me more mad, like..... why do all his units are not only ugly but also the same, i cant for the love of my life can tell when i am looking at dagon, jorm, triton, onikawa or kengo, i can only tell by the clothes and hair but aside from that it is almost like looking at artoria faces from fate

just because sometimes lw is enlightened by divine providence to make the most forgotten and hated characters into the most useful ones does not mean it is the norm, like, yes eita and taromaiti are good but like, 2 out of 100 is not a lot, if you are a 4 star you only can be good at release, like Sbehemoth or Soz, and if you are not it is probable you will stay as trash forever.

Lastly last, not all 4* Skevos are bad. Eita was great after his skevo, def a must-bring on the Ra Mu farming because of his Weakness application. And he's only on top of my head when it comes to utility, I'm sure people who are better at the game could say more 4* that got a banger skevo.
