Official English "A second-year high school student at Umamichi Academy. Though he is only the secretary of the student council, in practice he does nearly everything by himself, as the other members rarely even show up. A Transient from Penglai, he was once a human poet but was transformed into a tiger. Sometime after arriving in Tokyo, his fur changed into the white color it is today. He acts like a delinquent, but at his core, he is serious and responsible. However, he also has an overconfident streak that makes him overestimate his knowledge and ability, as well as a penchant for spouting old-fashioned poetry and proverbs. His past experiences have given him a phobia of failure, which often ends up dashing his otherwise-earnest efforts. He is the type to be easily overwhelmed by those with high social status or imposing demeanors."

Translated from Japanese Second year student at Taito Ward's Umamichi Academy. He's the student council secretary, but since the other members don't do any work he does almost all of the student council work by himself. He's a Transient from the other world of Hourai, and he was once a human poet there but has since been transformed into a tiger. After that he's been summoned to Tokyo, but at some point he's changed to have white fur the way he does now. He acts like a delinquent but in his eyes is a strong sense of diligence and responsibility. However, he has a tendency to overestimate his knowledge and talents and has a habit of showing off his refinement by recklessly quoting old poems and expressions. Due to past experiences he fears "failure" to the utmost, so he probably has a part of himself that wastes efforts. He's easily influenced already highly placed authorities and superiors who behave imposingly.

Official Japanese 台東区・得真道学園の高等部２年。生徒会の書記なのだが、他の生徒会メンバーが活動しないためほぼ一人で生徒会活動を行っている。異世界ホウライからの「転光生」であり、かつて故郷においては人間の詩人であったが、虎の姿に変じた。そして東京に転光することとなるのだが、いつしか現在の白い毛並みに変わっていたという。ヤンキーぶってはいるが根は真面目で責任感も強い。だがその一方で自分の知識や才能を過信する部分もあり、古い詩や言葉を無暗に引用して教養をひけらかしたがる癖があったりする。過去の経験から「失敗」することを極度に恐れていて、それ故に空回りしている部分が多分にあるようだ。既に高い評価を得ている権威や、堂々と振る舞う上位者に影響されやすい性質を持つ。

Official English "His Sacred Artifact has the power to make others believe what he says, albeit only to a limited extent. However, its true strength is rooted in using the power of poetry to sway the hearts of others: something Licho is reluctant to acknowledge, as he is afraid of using it to manipulate those around him, and in doing so, becoming something less than human. He believes he was transformed into a tiger because of his failures and subsequent straying from the path of humanity, and as such, fears little more than losing himself to madness. He has a tendency to get along with those who strive for self-improvement."

Translated from Japanese The poetry collection Sacred Artifact he possesses has the power to partly compel people to believe the words he speaks. Originally this artifact had the power to jolt the emotions of other people due to poems equaling language, but this essence was hidden and Li Chou does not properly confront it. With this power it is possible to freely manipulate the nature and kindness of others, which terrifies Li Chou. This comes from the fear that doing so would lead him astray from his humanity, the fear that he would be controlled by the mind of a man-eating tiger. He believes that the reason he turned into a tiger is due to a failure from his home world that led him lose his human side. In addition he fears being consumed by that madness. He tends to feel sympathetic to people who look like they have strong desires to improve themselves.

Official Japanese 彼が持つ詩集の「神器」には、彼の発する言葉を半ば強制的に信じさせてしまう力が宿っている。しかし、この「神器」は本来、「詩＝言葉」によって他者の感情を揺さぶることに本質が隠れていて、リチョウはそれに正しく向き合っていない。それはこの力によって自在に人心を操れてしまう可能性を、リチョウ自身が恐れているからである。それを行ってしまうことで自分は人道を外れ、人でない怪物――「人食いの虎」のような心に支配されてしまうのではないかという恐怖心に由来している。リチョウは自身が虎の姿に変化してしまった理由を、前の世界での「失敗」故に人道を外れたためと考えている。そして、その狂気に呑まれてしまうことを恐れている。上昇志向が強そうに見える相手に対し、共感の念を抱く傾向がある。

Official English "When the festival to be held in Little Tir na Nog was in its early stages, the organizers quickly realized that they didn't have the expertise required to pull it off. That was when they sought out Licho due to his experience running similar events in the past. Some of his fellow students at Umamichi Academy were also called in to help out, though this was more of a hindrance for Licho, who then had to worry about supervising the students so that they didn't cause trouble. On the other hand, seeing the festival overseer struggle under the weight of his responsibilities brought back memories of Licho's past self and strengthened his resolve to help all who may be in need of assistance. Traditionally, he's very uncomfortable in the presence of those who hold historical prestige or possess an imposing bearing, but he won't hesitate to say his piece when he encounters someone trying to change who they are. The goldfish-catching stall game is probably Licho's favorite, an important part of any festival."

Translated from Japanese In the beginning, the one in charge of the festival that was thought up in Little Tir na Nog in Roppongi did not have the know-how to run it. Li Chou was then called in as an observer to draw upon his experience as a festival committee member. His friends, the students of Umamichi Academy who like festivals, also came along to help. But in his heart, Li Chou is always worrying about what sort of trouble could be happening. Is there no time for his mind to relax? Seeing his past self in the stressed festival head is making him restless. Also, when he sees someone with a complex he has some thoughts about that. He's especially interested in the goldfish scooping game. Fundamentally speaking he is exceptionally weak to people who hold the weight and dignity of history. When it comes to people who are thinking of changing their bodies, he gives his honest advice.

Official Japanese 当初考えられた六本木・リトルティルナノグでのお祭は、責任者にノウハウが備わっていなかった。そこで祭事の実行委員の経験を買われ、オブザーバーとして呼ばれたのがリチョウであった。彼の友人たちである、祭好きの得真道学園生徒たちも手伝いに来てくれた。だが内心、何かトラブルが起こるかもしれないとリチョウはいつもドキドキだ。彼の心が休まる時はないのか。お祭責任者の大変そうな姿が、どうにも過去の自分と重なってモジモジしている。また、コンプレックスに悩む相手を見ていると何かしら思うところがあるようだ。金魚すくいに特に興味をひかれている。基本的に、歴史の重みと威厳ある立場の相手にめっぽう弱い。後天的に姿を変えようとする相手に対しては、苦言を呈することがある。

  • The character is Li Zheng, a man who was aspired to be a renowned poet. He became frustrated, and eventually insane, when failed to do so and was transformed into a tiger.
  • The story itself was inspired by Chinese legend from Tang Dynasty era, Ren Hu Zhuan (The Tiger Man).

His 5 star version is so good, his regular 4 star is still a beast thanks to massive abilities to clip enemies, but 5 star is major upgrade as well!

DPS, Buffer on self and allies when he miss, Incapacitating units by transforming them into non-weapon types and the best mechanic he Weapon change from Long Slash -> Magic which combined with his Move skill to apply combo on himself, giving him huge AOE range in big battlefields boards (like Dungeons)

My only complain is that he is WATER-type and I have way too much water units ingame... "Too much water 7.8/10 - IGN"

Cute, Chubby, Fluffy tiger with pink paws 10/10 would snuggle and retry to draw him from end of the year reprint banners

People are still very mob mindset about Ross pointing out NG's suspicious behavior. I think it's reasonable to raise suspicion because there are many other ways to get words of encouragement and compliments, other than using stories that we never know the full details, and what NG allegedly did. NG may lie and/or exaggerate the story for his prideful ego. He can just block those offend him and moving on, but he still tweeting and bitching about it makes it suspicious, it's best to be ignored.

I'd stay neutral of what Ross and NG did in the past, and stop the mob cancel culture and move on.
