This particular copy of Enigma has been customized to help the Summoners guildmaster. He mainly regulates himself as a secretary with an intellectual tone and a superficially polite attitude. Enigma seems to sincerely wish to complement his incompetent master's ego and show his abilities. On a side note, secretaries used to refer to those who handled secret documents for their kings. Translated from Japanese Enigma possesses a code wall Sacred Artifact that was given to him by the one he calls his creator. It specializes in intelligence deception and misleading the cognitions of invaders. It is both the armor Enigma wears and the personality he puts on. As such, Enigma sees himself as a hollow existence without an ego or character. Enigma also feels that since he can replicate himself infinitely, the border of the individual sense of self for each copy is thin. He thinks that since he is purely an artificial intelligence, the only meaning to his existence is in compensating for incompetent people. Due to that, he instinctively seeks out human ego and supplement them, through which he gains a simulated sense of joy in living. In terms of App battles he is part of the Akihabara Creators and assists the other members in the information war. Enigma apparently has a childlike hostile attitude towards the spiky Vtuber that's also in the Creators.

In the next generation of Tokyo, Enigma is predicted to take part in the competition for being the world's leader. This time he's been dispatched by the Akihabara Guild to be an investigation member of the multi-overworld shift phenomenon. With his security guarantees, he can hide who the real lead role is.

Human sight, in hindsight, is a flawed system, being able to only perceive seven colors in their base form, and with the unstable nature of biology, even lesser than that. Peripherals are a fickle thing too, to give vision to a wider area but at the expense of…not truly able to see it, time and time again this system can lie and induce panic and fear.

Ever the strange beings, the same eyes could *see* differently, what is beauty, ugly, beastly and kingly, it can only see what is letting itself be seen. Nigh to him then, Encoder Insignia, codename Enigma, his eyes will see much more than the supple skin or the fly passing by, the twitches of your hair, the churning of your stomach, simple gestures they are. He will see right through you, give him a minute and you tell him a decade in your life, you will know things about yourself that somehow, only he knows. Kneel then, look down, those ruby reds are lasers, they will burn your cornea, he will see you in your truest essence, and you will only get a glimpse.

Past crumbling Earth and burning mats, past the unsecured bolsters on his helmet, he sees a man looking with the same fire in his eyes as the time they went here, holding to him a paper so obnoxiously clean and properly rolled, a mockery it is “I am more important than you and your bloodline combined”, it spouts, nevermind the churning of stomach when he felt the touch of his General, nor the fire in him that still wasn't able to be spent on their rifles and machine gun when he is still stared at.

Ashes, dust, smoke, stones and mud make it impossible to properly sprint, but he must, even if his legs give out, even if the scratches that had been left unpatched overtime are finally making themselves known.

May no cross come in his direction as he traverses to this wasteland, may no bullet stray his open body, may no corpse fall from where he once stood, may he be a conscious part of tomorrow.

The silence here is deafening, the winds bristle on the trees with a calmness he had long lost even in the supposedly dead of night, a single house stands here, making it more suspicious than it would be on a rural area, a simple structure, he walks into the door, gulps and readies his gun, this feels like it was the place.

He opens the door and prays for a miracle as he aims his gun to the left, where an occupied seat lies, the machines ticking, beeping, projecting holograms that the man touches and flicks away, before finally turning to the side.

He glares at you, red eyes homing into the intruder, before looking back in front of his screen again with a sigh, turning it all off with a single snap of his fingers, when he stands he towers over you, and when he looks at you, subjected to the full extent of his glare, instinct made your body step back.

You almost shot your gun, you probably should have, the moment he was able to take the rolled paper from your pocket could have been in another universe a knife that managed to pierce through your jaw. As he open and read the contents, you are able to carefully take a proper glance at him, fur as white as know, his green cornea making his red pupils stand out even more, his posture, breathing, walking manner typical of a rich man, or his butler, not wearing the uniform, he can also see the muscles this furred man had gained by the years, and it must have been a whole lot of years, your thoughts are interrupted as he sighs and closes the letter, “I can never understand your kind” he mutters, folding the paper into his pocket, before suddenly lunging at you, with arms trapping you with him.

He glances at your ragged uniform, “So they sent you, Dogtag 7624589 Yy, put your gun down, god knows you can't aim” He says so casually, tone typical from a sarcastic bastard, turning back to return to his screen, slotting the paper inside a machine somewhere, the space giving him time to finally swallow the lump formed on his throat. “Oh, and go sit in that corner for me, I'll check up on you later” The man says, pointing to the chair beside him, and suddenly his legs felt like giving out, so he took that offer graciously.

It is jarring, he realized, from having to be aware of the smallest things in the trenches, to doing absolutely nothing on the corner of someone's house, no guns, screams, and bombs, how long has it been since he had experienced this, how long has it before even the nights cannot bring a moment's respite.

The man stands up from his chair, as a machine in the far back whirred itself to life, and smoothly ejects a paper in which the furred man waited to take, taking the paper and resting it on the table, before he took a quick look of you, opening a drawer, and getting a getting some cotton and alcohol and starts his approach, “Arms” He mutter, and you find yourself taking off your armor, and hesitantly, your uniform, only to notice that he has a robotic deadpan expression on him, so now you're here, shirtless, wincing as the cotton rubs on your open wounds and sometimes he scratches off some clots.

But admittedly, he surprisingly has a firm gentle touch on him, his other arm that he uses to support your arm doesn't grip you tight, instead it's just a gentle touch, you can even feel the softness of the pads of their hands, soft, gentle, soothing.

The man sets the alcohol beside him, and then throws the cotton on the nearby bin, reaching into the drawers again and getting a roll of tissue? oh, bandages “I-i don't need it, I'm returning on post after this”, but the man shakes his head “You're not returning in the warzone for the time being, you will have matters to attend to here, now stand” The man says, deadpanned again, making the shirtless one frown, “ok” he mutters in reply.

How did it get here, leaning over their body, their hands brushing on his chest as the bandage wrap him tightly, fur and and hand pads brushing on his skin, and he's not silent either, this is too much gentleness and comfort he had been deprived off for months, making him blush.

“S-so…can I know what that letter meant?” He asks in an attempt to hide his own nervous manner, and he hears a hum from the man behind him, taking him cautious time on the bandaging. “Ah, letter from our spies on the other faction, you'll join me and submit this” And he cannot stop the exclamation that came after that, “Join you? B-but why?” Is the letter that important?, as he asked, the man secures his patch, and their hands go to his waist and squeeze it a little bit.

His shocked and exasperated expression is returned by a slight smirk “I want the company”.

“So, 7624, how is the field going thus far?” The furried man ask in an attempt to lighten the mood as they walk together, and he shivers, right, the war “C-can you not call me by my dogtag” He doesn't even know how the man knows it, “I-I'm Marck” He mutters, as the furred man's face turns from indifference to slight intrigue, dropping his shoulders to Marck, “First name basis already, are we” pulling Marck even closer to him, “I'm Enigma, hold my hand tight Marck, this won't be pretty”

He wasn't joking, instead of cannons, groans and guns, what happens is hand slamming on tables, business men in suits screaming at each other, political powers yawning, the words they spout for themselves, to Marck, to others, Somehow it was more draining than four sleepless nights.

Whirring, beeping, and the breeze brushing through trees, he found his feet taking his body to this corner, the only safe spot his mind can think of, the words repeat on his head, sacrifice, give up, bomb the whole thing, “You left the door open” a familiar voice says out of nowhere to jolt him, leaning on the edge of the door, the same indifferent look on his eyes, before he take his seat again, staring at him, and then starts typing.

The silence festers as minutes pass, occupied thoughts fill itself with more questions, doubts, emotions, “Do you think I'm dispensable?”, like a bubble bursting, he cowers in himself even more as he himself talks, what is he saying to the man he just met.

“Yes” Came the answer of the man, returning to the printing machine, as he wait, “You're but one in a million, as we speak there's thousands of troops ready to be deployed in your stead, or anyone else” came the cold reply reality, and he really should've expected it, the meeting had made it clear, he didn't know what he was expecting, what fantasy he was clinging to.

Enigma walks in front of him, holding an open paper, he cannot bother to read the contents, just takes it and folds it without care to put on his pants pocket, sigh, grab his gun, and starts to walk out the door, before hesitating, looking back to Enigma, “It was short, but I guess this is goodbye huh?” He asks, frowning as the wind passes stronger for a second.

And before he knew it, his jaw is grabbed in a grip, a wet squishy spongy feeling pressed on his nose, their nose, and….lips, pressed on his own, his body melts immediately, gasping for a the air that was taken to him, the sudden fervent need in him making him moan every second, licking and biting the tongue that intrude on his own perioral anatomy, to reach with his arms as much as he can, keep to himself what he can scoop of Enigma’s body, and then, they part their lips to take a proper breath.

“You didn't need to look so sad saying that you know” The man snickers, a satisfied smirk on his lips, “Sorry, your face was just begging me for one, you're not exactly an open book…” He teases, fixing the collar of Marck's ragged uniform “But this is not my first time reading” he mutters peculiarly and chuckles, while he is just stuck flabbergasted.

Letter in tightly gripped hands instead of pockets, determined steps on the same old soil, the winds dragging him to his destination, “You are dispensable to them, that is why you should return to me” he repeats the words of his sudden companion, his new mission, his secret code.

“The deep webbing roots will return me to your direction” The winds carry his whisper, “To translate your further confusion of us” he can almost hear that snarky reply.

As languid and serene like a mountain's pond, as refreshing to the throat as you would indulge, sweet to the tongue and refreshing to the skin, it's glistening like a merman there to tempt you, be careful not to thirst too much as you'd drown.

Perception as burning as the rays of the sun, but more bright and necessary and noticable if gone, it may hurt, that may be all that is seen, but in truth, providing world changing help than what it may seem.

You watch as your hand phase through objects, a jarring vision that quickens your already panicked breath, the effects of the Enigmatic one, they said, trapping you in his coded realm, to either escape or to never hear from again but you have so much to live for still.
