Both were big in their past lives—block out the sun big—and not in ways they're fully proud of. Now they seek a similar level of glory but with different means and trappings. In other words, no more tyrannical violence. Still, whenever those dear to either of them are in trouble, the old ruffians come out. Seth kicks up winds strong enough to blow away the flames of Gaochang, which elicits a sense of nostalgia in Gyumao. On the other hand, Gyumao's overwhelming ambition and tenacity to see things through to their end are deeply admired by Seth. If two such titans have joined hands, who can stand against them?"

地元ではそれぞれ、火焔と砂嵐をまき散らしブイブイ言わせた伝説ヤンキーの、ギュウマオウとセト。
今は六本城学園の先輩と後輩であり、そして新進学生起業家と雇われバイトの関係。
そして共に天に届くほど、太陽を隠さんばかりにビッグな過去を背負っている。
両者は現在、目指す大物像があり、昔のように暴虐を振るうことはなくなった。
だが、２人にとって大切な者に危機が迫った時には、再び「不良」となって力の限りを尽くすだろう。
ギュウマオウは、相手の起こす、火焰山の火を吹き消してしまいそうな風のにおいに懐かしさを感じ。
そして一方セトは、精力に満ちたギュウマオウの大きな背中にかつて見た憧憬を思い。
そんな２人の結んだスペシャルアライアンス、それが六本木の最強ヤンキー同盟なのだ。
