Official English "A third-year student at Shinjuku Academy who can usually be found working as a librarian in the old building behind the school. As an avid bookworm with a particular interest in older texts, he himself proposed that he take charge of the school library, and since nobody else is enough of an eccentric to join him, he spends most of his time after class alone in his forest of dusty tomes. He entertains a wide range of solitary hobbies, including an interest in cooking, and is often seen carrying handmade sandwiches and other easy-to-eat foods into the library to enjoy while he reads. As a bibliophile who loves old books he normally is responsible for managing the library in the old schoolhouse. There is no one else able to take on that task, so it seems he's always being buried under old books after school. He likes to practice various hobbies that can be enjoyed on one's own. While he finds some enjoyment in stargazing, his interest is in astrology rather than astronomy, so he often fails to find common ground with students with a more scientific passion for outer space. However, it is his unwillingness to take the trouble to help others understand him that lies at the heart of his lack of friends, and as long as he neglects to make this effort, his troubles seem likely to continue."

Translated from Japanese Furufumi possesses a book of prophecy Sacred Artifact, and he has the power to make predictions about what will happen from here on in Tokyo and how things will end. The truth behind these prophecies is that they are the results calculated from "the futures up to this point" stored inside the old schoolhouse library. But since he knows what will happen next he seems constantly tormented by his sense of powerlessness. Also as a result of knowing the future he is unable to talk to the students around him and has a tendency to act as if it were a good thing to isolate himself. He has another hobby in astrology, but since he's not very scientific minded he often doesn't like people who want to go into space. In any case since he never makes any great effort to be understood by others there are many times when social interactions with him go poorly.

His secret hobbies are submitting things to poetry meetings and reading newsletters once a month. He has a secret respect for the regular publisher. His nature as an Urabe has a certain connection with the Mononobe clan.

• His full name is Furufumi Urabe (占部フルフミ).
• Furufumi's Sacred Artifact, the Book of Prophecy, is a reference to the book published in 1555 called Les Prophéties (The Prophecies), it was a book collecting various prophecies by the French physician, astrologer, and disputed seer Michel de Nostredame (Latinized to just Nostradamus). It contained a collection of 942 poetic quatrains allegedly predicting future events.
  • His charge skill "Les Centuries" translated to English from French means "The Centuries", which is in reference to how the poems written in The Prophecies were united in ten sets of verses, called "Centuries", of 100 quatrains each.
• Furufumi's summoner mark is on the left side of his neck, it is not seen clearly but takes on the appearance of swirling lines similar in appearance to the ones seen on his higher rarity art.
• His original concept appears to have existed very early in the game as Fumihito

I really hope we see more of him too. Mostly cause they somehow got the voice of LeLouch and Joker to voice a quiet, shut-in bookworm fat boy in an LGBTQ themed game. They just can’t not use that!
