Translated from Japanese Babalon is the kind of person who shows endless affection and occasionally overprotectiveness towards the weak, the destitute, the unloved, and especially infants. That's the sort of person who has joined in to participate in an event this time for children to enjoy. She heads for the festival as she wonders whether children should be forced to uphold the culture of that indispensable part of Halloween, the costume. With that in mind, the outfit the children chose for her is clearly not a costume but a beautifully suitable dress for Halloween night. She's learning many techniques to deceive and bewitch detestable men. But this time, she seems happy to use those techniques to entertain her beloved children. Babalon's Role is to "shed the blood of martyred children and be destroyed by heaven's judgment."
