Official English "This Transient is the World Representative of Kamui Kotan, a frozen world preserved forever in ice. Ordinarily, he would only be visible to children short enough to peek beneath the Leaf he bears, but in Tokyo, he is visible even to full-grown adults. Whenever Korpokkur discovers a community of children, he plants leaves like his own in the ground to propagate, and with the coming of spring, the land blossoms into a sanctuary ideal for them to dwell in. However, as the seasons turn, those children outgrow the leaves that sustain their lives and become blind to Korpokkur hiding beneath them. Eventually, their guardian departs, the rivers run dry, the fauna despoils, and the land becomes harsh and barren once more. Even so, Korpokkur loves the young and innocent from the bottom of his heart, and it is his wish to create a paradise for these children that brings him to Tokyo. A past incident has led him to despise those who rifle through the foliage to disturb what hides within."

Translated from Japanese Transient from and the world representative of the world of Kamuy Kotan, the world preserved by way of Freezing. Originally he was a mysterious being who could only be seen by little children no taller than butterbur leaves. When Korpokkur comes across children, he will plant giant butterburs on that land. That will hail the arrival of spring and the land will become a place people can live on. However once children grow to be taller than the butterbur, they will no longer be able to see the people who live under those leaves. Korpokkur will leave, water will parch, fish will rot, and people can no longer dwell there. He loves the very young more than anything else and wishes to build a children only paradise, which is why he was summoned to Tokyo. Due to a past incident, he hates the person who pushed away the leaves and exposed himself.

Official Japanese 「凍結」により維持される異世界カムイコタンの「転光生」にして、世界代行者。本来はフキの背丈よりも小さな子供にだけ見る事が許される、不思議な存在。コロポックルは、子供たちを見つけると、その地にフキを植える。春が訪れを告げ、そして人が住める大地となる。しかし時がたち子供たちはフキの背を超えて成長すると、葉に隠れた者の姿が見えなくなる。コロポックルは去り、水は枯れ、魚は腐り、人は住めなくなっていく。幼き者を何よりも愛し、子どもたちだけの楽園を築くことを願い、この東京に召喚された。そして過去の出来事から、葉をかき分けて自分の姿を暴く者を、何よりも嫌っている。

Official English "The System that governs Kamui Kotan is an experiment to determine if placing an upper limit on the development of a civilization can delay its decline. In the sense that it focuses on maintaining a paradise for innocent children, it has common ground with several other worlds' Systems, including Eden, and their respective World Representatives have banded together to form a guild. Korpokkur's Sacred Artifact, his Leaf, is capable of summoning a violent blizzard that wreaks destruction upon any standing outside its shade; it is, in fact, a Pillar, created to stand firm even in the freezing winds of Kamui Kotan. The rod at his waist is a prayer stick known as an ikupasuy, given to him by a hero of legend that he met in his youth. Both he and a certain mentor of heroes have taken an interest in a budding hero they have encountered in Tokyo, although they disagree upon how this young exile should be treated."

Translated from Japanese System Kamuy Kotan creates an upper limit to the development of civilization and is an experiment in postponing decay. Based on the idea that "that is where the happy and innocent children should be," he has aligned with the direction of mechanism maintenance and joined the guild that has several world representatives that Eden has started up. The butterbur leaf Sacred Artifact has the power to whip up a fierce snow storm and protect only those sheltered beneath it. It is one of the World Pillars created to function in a world swept by cold winds. The ikupasuy (prayer stick) Korpokkur holds is something that belonged to a certain hero he met when he was younger. He has differing opinions with a certain hero raiser as to how young heroes driven out from the world should be treated.

Translated from Japanese World Representative who keeps a Portal in Kita Ward, Oji. Koropokkur has constructed the amusement park Magical Snow Land for children over there. He dreams of creating a utopia where all children, good and naughty alike, can regress to naivety. Whenever the snowy Christmas season rolls around, Koropokkur thinks again of old times when the humans of his homeworld never finished building their civilization and had friendly relationships. Koropokkur's people would take the handicrafts and luxuries humans made and exchange them for nature's gifts of fresh meat and fish placed by their pillows. This exchange went on until adults came in contact with the world's taboo. Right now, Koropokkur is wondering what would be a good Christmas gift as Tokyo decorates for the holiday. He liked sneakily watching people light up in smiles from the shadows. An old sense of exaltation and hope filled him again as he imagines how his gift recipient might react to it.

• Korpokkur are a race of small people, from the Ainu beliefs, north of Japan. These little people despise being seen, and often give gifts to the Ainu during the night, to avoid it.
• The word Korpokkur can be translated as "people under the butterbur leaves" (kor= Butterbur, pok= under, kur= people).
• Korpokkur also has some resemblance with Peter Pan, as he wishes for kids to never grow up, and, from his phrasing, it also implies the book's Peter Pan intentions of killing each kid when they grew up, also applies to him.
• His Charge Skill line, Toichiseunkur is an alternative name for a korpokkur, and can be translated as "person of the earthen house" (toi= earthen, cise= house, kur= person).

As someone who is new, I know Housamo is no stranger to shota shit but the fact that Korpokkur has a voice that could pass for an actual child with artwork that is so... emphasized, in some places, not to mention who his artist is, is strange in a bad way to say the least.
