Unfortunately, when one strives to show special affection to each and every person in equal measure, it becomes impossible to treat anyone as truly special. The App recognizes this paradox, and consequently regards him as a wholly separate entity from Wakan Tanka. In all regards but one, he has reverted back to his original state from his home world, the Land of the Great Spirits: a law of nature incarnate, which applies equally to all beings. In this capacity, he can enact natural phenomena to wash over and push away anything he chooses, and there are further powers at his disposal as well. His egalitarian nature, however, means he is not permitted to get close to anyone, and must go through life alone. Messed around to find him a team with his wacky kit. I found that Kurogane (Nightglow) has amazing synergy to knockback, lockdown, and shave off a chunk of hp for groups all in one and acting as the mover while Wakan Snipes big boi numbers and renews buffs (or CS nuke).
