While many rulers from different worlds gather in the Roppongi Guild, the Tycoons, he exhibits an exceptional amount of influence. When fighting enemies he deems to be inferior to him, his pride forbids him from sullying his hands in battle. Thus, he sweeps the enemy with his flame breath as his primary weapon."

An incredibly arrogant Summon and self-proclaimed creator of the Olympus parallel world. He's an ancient Creator Dragon that stubbornly believes wisdom acquired with age to be the most important attribute. He is one of the Roppongi Tycoons' Executive Members and shows influence over various of the guild's branches. He doesn't like to sully his hands fighting against inferior enemies, instead he prefers to sweep them by breathing light from his mouth.

For some reason even the Sacred Artifact's owner, Ophion himself, is included in what can be created. According to one theory, this is because his Sacred Artifact's Rule originally belonged to someone other than him. Despite the young Ophion the egg can create being from when he was at his physical peak, he feels ashamed of showing this form. This is due to him thinking his best quality as a Creator Dragon is his age. As far as he's concerned, his seniority is an absolute truth, not something to defy.

Notes

Ophion is based on the Elder Titan God of the same name who was created by the Titan creatrix Eurynome; and together, created the entire universe from an egg created by their union in the Pelasgian creation story.
- Ophion's Sacred Artifact, the Cosmic Egg, is the very egg he and Eurynome created.
  - In the game, Ophion inherited the Cosmic Egg from Eurynome after her banishment. With it, he can create anything that exists inside the world of Olympus. He also created a younger version of himself as he sees age as a sign of superiority and that his younger version should listen to the elder one.
His Charge Skill line, Ophiogenes means "serpent-born" in Greek.
As the Protagonist's soul contains Eurynome's soul, Ophion sees the protagonist as his beloved wife, regardless of the protagonist gender.
Ophion's broken fang is a reference to one story of Ophion and Eurynome, wherein Ophion becomes prideful and exclaims that he alone created the world. To teach him a lesson, Eurynome kicked out his teeth and banished him to the underworld.
- In the game, the broken fang becomes a pillar in the world of Olympus.
Ophion's ☆3 card has two voiceline profiles, one for his old incarnation (ophion1) and one for his young incarnation (ophion2).
- Switching between voiceline profiles is done by switching between his old and young skins.
- Ophion's regular ☆5 card exclusively uses his younger voiceline profile (ophion2).
- Ophion also has an unused voiceline profile (ophion).
