His Sacred Artifact can take the form of a game board or talismans as needed, and holds the power not just to foretell the future in a general sense but to see the very end of individual lives as well. It's through this power that he's able to see his own downfall, making it theoretically impossible for him to lose any wager placed until such an event is foretold. This knowledge, however, has left him feeling empty and unattached to his winnings. After losing his sister, whom he considered to be his alter ego, he's become increasingly unstable and has sought refuge more and more in duels and wagers. The underground caves of Kunlun, where he and his sister used to live, remain burned into his memory and have given him a general fondness for the underground lifestyle and those who choose to live beneath the surface."

Ever since he lost the other part of himself that was his sister, he's begun to show instability and has become increasingly absorbed by duels. The views of the underground Kunlun caves where he lived with his sister in the past are carved within his mind. He holds special thoughts towards those who feel underground worlds as sacred places.

- Based on the Chinese culture hero and mythological figure of the same name, Fuxi, along with his sister and wife Nüwa, were credited for the creation of humanity and the invention of music, hunting, fishing, domestication, and cooking.
- Though known as the "original humans", Fuxi and Nüwa were also depicted as beings having the face of humans and the bodies of snakes.
- He, along with Nüwa and
Shennong, are often times listed as being one of the Three Sovereigns, a group of mythological rulers or deities in ancient northern China, depending on the source.
