Some speculate he can even see the future, and his successive victories have won him many admirers. Part of this may be because he consistently places bets high enough to turn the world on its head, yet even when he inevitably wins big, he never hoards his winnings, always jumping right back into the fray. His reputation is that of a man who never fails to do thorough research and never makes assumptions—and all with an unfalteringly mild-mannered, gentlemanly disposition. Sometimes, however, he gets a look in his eyes that speaks to a volatile darkness within. He strongly believes in revolution, but in the original sense of the word rather than its modern, toothless incarnation. Constantly obsesses over his estranged sister to the point of fanaticism, and thus holds great empathy for others who maintain a tenacious grip on their love."

Translated from Japanese A Transient from the world of Hourai and a duelist on the lookout for games where people bet "the things most important to themselves." He is also known as a streamer of a stock market speculating video channel that boasts an enormous number of followers. He alone has survived through fluctuating stock market prices when his fellow financiers have crumbled. He speaks as though he knows the future, and there are many who look up to his string of victories' great fortune. He bets with enough money to flip the world on its head while gaining support with his spendthrift ways. Fuxi is a recognized authority on games with any kind of premise and information. He normally has a mild mannered yet gentlemanly personality, but there are times when he has a dangerous look in his eyes that could curse the world. These days he is someone who is approaching the unadulterated original meaning of a revolution. He is a dragon who dearly treasures the blood sister he used to have and highly, devotedly, and INTENSELY adores her. He deeply empathizes with those who are tenacious when it comes to love.

Official English "Fuxi is one of the founders of Bagua, a special technique used for divination. His Sacred Artifact can take the form of a game board or talismans as needed, and holds the power not just to foretell the future in a general sense but to see the very end of individual lives as well. It's through this power that he's able to see his own downfall, making it theoretically impossible for him to lose any wager placed until such an event is foretold. This knowledge, however, has left him feeling empty and unattached to his winnings. After losing his sister, whom he considered to be his alter ego, he's become increasingly unstable and has sought refuge more and more in duels and wagers. The underground caves of Kunlun, where he and his sister used to live, remain burned into his memory and have given him a general fondness for the underground lifestyle and those who choose to live beneath the surface."

Translated from Japanese The Eight Trigrams refer to Fuxi as a creator god and the esoterica of divination. As a result of that, he uses it as a Sacred Artifact that is then used as a game board or talismans for duels. On the board Fuxi can divine the future of all things in nature and learn where their lives end. Due to that, he knows where things that pile up will come falling down beforehand and losing a bet is theoretically impossible for him. But as he knows of the emptiness of the world, he holds no attachment to things that amass value in this world such as money. Ever since he lost the other part of himself that was his sister, he's begun to show instability and has become increasingly absorbed by duels. The views of the underground Kunlun caves where he lived with his sister in the past are carved within his mind. He holds special thoughts towards those who feel underground worlds as sacred places.

Official Japanese 「八卦」とは、フッキが創始者の１人である、占いの奥義である。そのための「神器」を彼は、デュエルのためのゲーム盤あるいは札として用いる。盤上で彼は、自然界に存在するものの命運を占い、その命脈が尽きる所を予め知ることが出来るのだ。故に彼は、積み上げたものがどこで崩れるのかを予め知っており、賭け事で負けることは理屈上ありえない。だが世の空しさを知っている為か、彼はこの世で積み上げた価値、たとえばコインなどに執着を持たない。己の分身たる妹を失って以来、彼は不安定さを見せるようになり、ますますデュエルにのめり込むようになった。その心の中には、かつて妹と暮らした崑崙地下洞窟の光景が常に焼き付いている。そんな彼にとって特別な聖域である「地下世界」に関わる者に対しては、特別な念を抱く場合がある。

Just finished the latest English translation and I was kinda surprised about how I liked Fuxi in this chapter. Because I was like huh? When he started to vanish like I thought it would be needing more talkno jutso or more beating. I really liked the fact that he quickly came into a conclusion and admitted his wrong treatment about the MC/how he looked down on MC. I just feel very good in it he is the 1st one to do this to MC and our Goody-two-shoes MC needed it :) even though Shiva is my #1 husband I really like this representative more! Also, I was kinda sad about our interaction with Smoky-God I felt like it was too short :(

Say what you want about the guy but he is 100% right to call out the other World Reps on their BS. They only care about the protag as long as they are not a threat to there power. Fuxi on the other hand actually loves them and doesn't give a d*mn if his world rots at all.
