When your ship was wrecked in the colliding of world in Tokyo Bay as it merged with the 23 seas, he picked you up. Right after that, he gave you a long, hard lesson on the treacherous seas. He has been chasing his sea monster across the oceans in pursuit of revenge. Sometimes, he lets that rage get the better of him, causing him to lose sight of himself. Translated from Japanese The whaling ship captain with an artificial leg. A water buffalo beastman. Notes

• His character is based off a combination of Captain Ahab from the novel Moby Dick, and King Ahab of Israel from the Tanakh.
• Ahab was previously a king in Eden, but his skepticism of the God of Eden's deity status wrought the God's anger. The God struck Ahab and transformed him into a Buffalo Beastman. This is a reference to the mythical King Ahab being a worshipper of the Canaanite deity Baal, who is commonly attributed to a bull.
• Ahab has two Sacred Artifacts.
  • His Ship Sacred Artifact is sturdier than normal ships. It was inherited by Eita through passing on a long knife signifying ownership in Embark! Summer Ocean Adventure. It is unclear if he ever regains ownership of his Ship by the end of the event.
  • His Aramaic Shaft (shaft of a Harpoon) Sacred Artifact, Oath of the Whaler, was the weapon with which he was struck by the God of Eden. It was a tool for the God of Eden to restrain mortals and keep them out of the heavens, and has the power to seal Rules. It does so by degrading the individual it hits, removing any uniqueness it has. It bestows him with the Role of the Conqueror and the Rule of Deprivation.

To be honest, I have mixed feelings about Ahab possibly getting a variant and it mostly stems from his voice actor not longer being with us. It's one thing to replace voice lines if the actor has left the industry while still being alive, but another to replace one who has passed away. I hope that if he does get one they don't replace them to match the variant, but have the variant have an impersonator instead.
