"Black-cat Therian hailing from the otherworld of Tir na Nog. As befitting one who fancies himself the King of Cats, he has the eyes, ears, noses, and whiskers of any and all kitties instantly available at his beck and call, whenever and wherever he needs them. Utilizing his feline instincts (and adorability), he set up a successful business that quickly earned him a top spot among the Roppongi Tycoons. Apparently, he still can't shake the habit of occasionally chasing after mice and other small critters, but he'd much prefer to sit upon the lap of royalty... until he gets bored of it, anyway. He is often seen purring and chatting away about matters of the elite with his friends in the guild. According to the cat himself, a certain incident in the past has considerably soured relations between feline kings and human bards."

Black catman Transient from the world of Tir na Nog. He calls himself the King of Cats, and he is able to employ any and all cats. He's started a business that makes use of the cuteness and hunting skills that cats possess. In the space of a blink he shows his bearings as one of the rulers from the Roppongi guild, the Tycoons. He has a habit of chasing after mice and other small animals. Cait Sith also likes idling about on the knees of royalty. In the guild he's often seen speaking like nobility and royalty to his close companions. It is said that due to some trouble that's arisen between him and a chief poet, the king of cats often gets on terribly with human poets.

"Cait Sith is capable of very little of the great magic wielded by previous Kings of Cats, likely because he has spent most of his life lapping up milk and enjoying copious headpats on a cozy farmstead. Even now, his idea of a good time is curling up in a sun-soaked spot for an afternoon catnap, preferably beside someone who doesn't roll over in their sleep. While real magic is not Cait Sith's forte, he is a master of magic tricks and often holds his own magic shows, garnering him a substantial catalog of connections within the entertainment industry. He is also a renowned connoisseur of five-star seafood in this Tokyo. Those who aren't overly fond of cats tend not to enjoy his company, and Cait Sith himself has an inherent disdain for natural-born geniuses as they tend to trigger his inferiority complex."

Cait Sith is mostly unable to use great magic like the previous King of Cats could because he originally spent all his time living with peasants and doing nothing. Even now he might be sleeping next to someone who likes to bask in the sun. He has since learned sleight of hand as a possible replacement for magic. It seems he often talks with those who have similar tastes as entertainers and announces his magic shows. He has a complex regarding people who are called natural born geniuses. In Tokyo he's famous for being a cat food sommelier. People who don't like cats seem to avoid him.

Notes
- Cait Sith (also Cat Sith or Cat Sidhe) is based on the creature of the same name in Celtic mythology. It is usually described to resemble a large black cat with a white spot or marking on its chest.
- Sith (alternate spellings are Sídhe and Sí depending on region) is a name attached to creatures that were often associated with the supernatural. It can be loosely understood to mean "fairy" but it is more closely translated to "of the mound" as the "sidhe" were the name of the mounds that dot Irish landscape and were often believed to be the entryway to the Celtic Otherworld.
- Cat Sith's name could be loosely translated to "Fairy Cat"; in a similar manner to Cu Sith (Fairy Dog) and Leannan Sidhe (Fairy Lover).
- Cat Sith's royal appearance similar to that of a king is due to the Cat Sith often being associated with the British folk tale "The King of Cats" where a man sees a group of eight cats carrying a coffin and was told to tell his cat that the old king had died; whereupon reaching his home and telling his wife, their pet cat exclaimed "Then I am the king of the cats!", who then rushes away and is never seen again.
- The "chief poet" seems to be Senchán Torpéist, who in "Tromdámh Guaire" either mocks or kills cats, for which the cat king, Irusan, seeks vengeance.
- The base expression used for Cait Sith's CS comes from an phrase that means imitating appearances without understanding the inner nature of something.
