He is part of the kendo team and a giant who wields a two-sword style in the underground fight ring. He either self-imposes or is imposed with the behavioral conduct of a military man who complies with others' wills. As a result of that, in the past there were many who relied on him for power, which also resulted in many toying with his determination. But over in Ikebukuro where Fergus's memories and experiences are suitable for him, he seems to be glorifying the life of a student. Perhaps of his role as a prophet, there are occasions where he glimpses at fragments of memories of times not set in the present. Every time the pain that springs back up from the difference between love and friendship reappears, he repeats his misunderstanding as he wonders if it is some kind of vision. He is a man whose constant catchphrase is "youth" and sees dreams of an adolescence he cannot return to. He holds good will towards those who honor a single choice like he does. He has a strange, frequent connection to the number seven, the number before eight. Since he's lost a part of the memory of the person known as Fergus and their role, he often just calls himself mac Roich.

異世界ティルナノグ出身。豊島区・池袋にある、私立・武玄学園の２年生。剣道部に所属しており、地下格闘場では二刀流を振るう巨漢。自分の意思よりも「誰かの意気に応じる武人」としての在り方をその身に課している、あるいは課されている。かつてはその為に、多くの者たちにその力と在り方を頼られ、故に多くの意思に翻弄されてきたという。だが、池袋に居るこのマクロイヒは記憶・経験も共にその姿相応の人物として、学生生活を謳歌しているようだ。予言者としての「役割」を持つ故か、現在ではない「記憶」の残滓を時折垣間見ることがあるらしい。そして愛と友情の狭間に揺れた痛みが蘇る度、これは何かの予感ではないか、と勘違いを繰り返す。還らない「青春」を夢に見、そしていつも口癖のように「青春」を語る男。同じように、ただ一度の選択を重んじる者に好感を抱く。「８」の下に置かれる数字、「７」に何かと「縁」が多い。「フェルグス」という個の「記憶」の一部を、ある「役割」と共に喪失しており「マクロイヒ」とだけ名乗ることが多い。

"Legends speak of a great man from the fairy realm of Tir na Nog whose limbs were each the size of seven fists. This was a man who heeded not the authority but the voices within people that spoke of love and friendship—though he will come to find himself lost, wavering between these two influences. One day, as his youth gave way to the travails of adulthood, he found himself unexpectedly cut down while bathing in the woods. As his body descended into the water in what should've been his final moments, he saw a reflection of his own youth and his life was saved, though at a cost: surrounded by rainbow light, he and his now rejuvenated, youthful body were transported to Tokyo. His sacred artifact is a Sword resembling a ship's rudder in its shape and bearing two grips. It is capable of piercing the earth, though its usage within Tokyo is somewhat limited. He feels both familiarity and aversion toward situations in which small attackers strike at giant opponents."

It's said that at the end of his prodigal youth, a sudden blow struck him while he was swimming in cold water. The reflection on the water's surface of his dying self at that moment was a shock to his short life. His aged body rejuvenated, and his irreplaceable youth repeated itself. The rainbow light covered him, and he was summoned to Tokyo after paying a certain price. He possesses a sword Sacred Artifact said to have handles patterned after the rudder of an ark. It possesses a great power for supporting itself on the earth, but he is greatly restricted as its user here in Tokyo. For some reason he has a sense of deja vu and avoidance when it comes to a throwing attack from a smaller person that can crush a giant.

Notes

MacRoich is a character in the Ulster Cycle in Irish mythology; his full name is Fergus mac Róich. He was chosen as the escort to bring the epic heroine Deirdre; her lover, Naoise; and his brothers home to the court of Deirdre’s husband, King Conchobar.
He possibly wields the sword Caladbolg, a sword Fergus in the Ulster Cycle was known to wield, in the game though it is split into two.
- The mark on his face alludes to how the Caladbolg was known to have cut the tops of three hills.
- Although his charge skill also alludes to it being "Cosgarach Mhor" or "Great Triumphant One" which was the sword of Oscar a character in the Fenian Cycle, grandson of the epic hero Fionn mac Cumhail; or it could also be "Cruadh-Chosgarach" or "Hard Destroying One", the sword of the character Caílte mac Rónáin, the nephew of Fionn mac Cumhail.
His peculiar connection to the number seven is from his myth where he is extremely virile (The name Fergus means "virility") where he would need seven women to satisfy him; he was also allegedly as tall as a giant and had the strength of seven hundred men.
His Role is "Prophet".
