異世界オールドワンズ出身の「転光生」。輝ける地からやって来た、すべての蛇の父祖と呼ばれる存在。超を付けても足りないくらいの子煩悩であり、その対象は血の繋がりも年齢も関係ない。自らを父と呼ぶ者、自らが子と認知した者を溺愛して何でもやってあげちゃうことを喜びとする。特に、大人の背中を追いかける子供を見ると、庇護欲が抑えられなくなるとか。だが、故郷で己が思っていた父親像と東京でのそれとの違いによって、空回りすることが多い。一応本人も気にしていて、こちらの文化に関する本や電子書籍を買い漁っている。ちょっと常識がズレているが、その愛の熱量は相当であり「我が子」を傷つけた者は決して許さない。父性を求める相手を肯定する一方、NTRや推し変といった文化には大変に心を乱される。現代東京では、現役学生として子らのz世代やアルファ世代について学ぼうと思っているらしい。

1つ目は、領域を侵す者を自動で排除する牙の「神器」。2つ目は、打ち鳴らすことで時空の速さを定義する尾の「神器」。かつてはこの2つを用いて地底を支配し、父祖として我が子を守り、仇なす者を呪ったという。とある異世界によく似た存在を持ち、それを誰かが「父祖」と呼んだ。ならば「父祖として在ろう」とイグは思ったのだろう。己の本質が他の誰かと重なるものであるからこそ、「代わりの父」でいるために愛した。それがイグの存在意義であり、魔たる由縁でもある。だが、その相手と別存在として契約した時、この存在意義と矛盾し零属性となった。イグ自身、この仕組みについてはよくわかっていないが、己の転機であると感じたようだ。血縁に関わらず子を愛する者にはシンパシーを抱くらしい。また以前「我が子」たちが揃って魅了された怠惰な旧支配者は、ライバル視しながらも苦手なわけではない。
