This school presents a unified education, including middle school, high school, and university level, free of tuition and dorm fees. He is also a researcher at the sports medicine department of the same university and is, himself, a trained athlete as well. With his sculpted body and dependable character, the students of his dorm all think highly of him. Thanks to his cybernetic eye, he can diagnose any illness or injury at a glance, although he would prefer to rely less on technology and more on medical science. He periodically takes this eye to an acquaintance in the Kamata Crafters for maintenance, but being so beholden to them secretly causes him chagrin."

On top of that he's also a research student of the college sports medicine department. As a sportsman himself along with his trained body and reliable personality, he is popular with his dorm students. He can understand where any illness is afflicted with just a glance, but since this isn't based on medical science he doesn't boast about it. Deep down he dislikes having to ask a certain person from the Kamata Crafters to do maintenance on his artificial eye.

"His position as a sports physician is nothing more than a cover story. He is actually a covert operative keeping watch on Yoyogi Academy and its students for a secretive organization known as the Agents, who took an interest in the school after learning about the truth behind its founding. Despite this, he insists that his affection for the students in his care is no act. His Sacred Artifact is his prosthetic right eye, which replaces the real one that he lost long ago in an accident; its Rule enables him to see through space and time, and even to perceive the dragon dens where dragon veins converge. His Role, and his dearest wish, is to see a certain story through to its end in this Tokyo before his sight fails him."

Being a public-health doctor is his cover identity, and in truth he is a spy of the organization known as the Agents. He knows the true purpose Yoyogi Academy was founded for and he has been assigned to observe the students there. However, he himself says his affection for the students in the genuine article. Once he lost one of his eyes in his accident, and now it is replaced by an artificial eye Sacred Artifact. Along with the ability to see things, it is his wish and Role to see a "certain ending" for this Tokyo with his own eyes. With the power to see through things and clairvoyance, he can even ascertain where power spots that can be nodes for ley lines.

In his charge skill, he mentions "senri" (千里) where "sen" stands for a thousand, and "ri" (里) is an outdated measuring unit, which was equivalent to aproximately 3956.4 meters or about 2440 miles (1 "ri" (里) was equal to 36 "Chou" (町) each one equal to 109.9 meters or 120.18 yards).
