The president of Setagaya Ward's Setagaya Agricultural School's famed mountaineering club. He has silver hair, fitting his name's meaning of "he who descended from frost." As the incarnation of the world's highest mountains the Himalayas, he is a Transient from the world of Deva Loka. Sometimes he likes using greetings from his native language. Himavat works formally as a fashion model for an outdoor sporting brand and persists in climbing mountains for work, never pleasure. He always keeps a broad view of things with a calm and collected, spiritually enlightened mindset that sometimes looks far ahead. He's the sort of person who gives off the vibe of proud isolation of "no one is better than me." Everyone around him relies on him due to his being good at both school work and sports, but one specific person sees him as a contested rival and treats him as someone pitiable: that huge weirdo Zao. Himavat possesses a magnetic pole Sacred Artifact that takes the form of two mountain climbing poles. They say that moving around with them causes the surrounding area to rise up. Also, it has the unusual ability to cause a pole shift through a special maneuver. It is counted as one of the Pillars that can the ceiling of the world in the sky or root in the world based on faith. Himavat is able to remember things other club members are unable to, though this may be why he tends to think longer term than everyone else. As in, any hot head can cool off after fifty million years long term. As such his viewpoint vastly differs from others and he is unable to be on their wavelength, just like Zao. About the only one who can speak on equal terms with him is his clubmate who is said to be the incarnation of Mt. Kunlun and acts as the club mommy. However, what he's looking for in his rival and successor isn't the height of their vantage point.

2本の登山用トレッキングポールの形をした、磁極の「神器」を持つ。これを動かすことで、周囲の地形を隆起させられると言われている。また、特殊な操作を行うことでポールシフト、磁極移動を引き起こす規格外の性能持ち。世界の屋根とまで呼ばれる「信仰」に基づいた、天を衝く、あるいは地に根差す柱のひとつと数えられる。これにより彼は、部の他のメンバーが記憶できない事象を、覚えておくことが可能。そのためか、他とは違う長期的なスパンで物事を考える傾向がある。たとえば、どんな火照った頭も、温暖化も五千万年もあれば寒冷化すると言うように。故に、他者とまったく視座が異なり、基本的にはザオウと同じく周りと話が合わない。彼と対等に話せるのは、崑崙山の化身と言われる、同部活のママ役「転光生」くらいだろう。だが、彼がライバルと後継者に本当に求めているのは「視座の高さ」ではないはずなのだ。
