異世界タカマガハラ出身、歴史と伝統を誇る名門校の生徒会長。故郷でも、この東京でも、周囲の「転光生」たちをまとめあげるトップの立場に立つ人物。独りではスキのない優等生な彼女には、唯一最大のウィークポイントがあった。ケンカやルール違反ばかりしている弟の、あまりにひどすぎる素行である。苦情を受けて呼び出される度、姉として庇い、ただひたすらに周りへ頭を下げた。お姉ちゃんもう知らないからね、と何度も言うも、弟を見放し切れなかった日々。しかし、ついに決別の時はやって来て、弟を自らの手で追放することとなる。その心労のためか、よくフラつき倒れそうになっており、引き籠ることが多くなったという。同郷から来たギャルとこの地で新たな関係を築くも、今は立つステージを違え、距離を置いた。誰かを傷つけるのを怖がっている生徒会補佐役の性格を好ましく思い、傍に置いている。

彼女本人の写し身とも言われる、丸鏡を持つ。そこに映された像を実体と区別できない程にまっすぐ反射し、平らかに眩く輝く。蒲田ギルドに所属する、老鍛冶師が鍛えたという代物。常にアマテラスの背中に浮いて太陽の如く、まばゆい光を反射している。歌舞伎町のホストの勾玉と、弟の持つ剣と合わせて三種の「神器」と称されたもの。また、その身をもうひとつの「神器」である岩戸へと隠すことで世界は暗き闇に包まれる。「教導」を是とする中央ギルド・ルールメイカーズの大幹部のひとりにして「世界代行者」。いなくなった兄の代わりを務めんと励む少年と、共に特別な同盟を組んでいるらしい。また、ある出来事を経て以降、弟を「神」の座に据えることを目的として行動しているという。
