手綱を引く腕っぷしの強いタヂカラオに、どんな攻撃も受けきる体が自慢のオオグチマガミ。
両名とも西新宿の鬼王警察学校に所属する、硬い拳で結ばれた名コンビだ。
２人の抜群の連携によって、事件を解決できたこともしばしば。
「K9」とはそんな栄誉ある警察犬に与えられる、輝かしい称号だ。
しかし今宵、警備としてやってきた夏祭会場にはあまりにも多くの誘惑が存在していた。
警察犬は自慢の嗅覚があだとなり、大はしゃぎ。
そして警官は自慢の腕っぷしで相棒を抑えつけるのに大騒ぎ。
騒ぎに集まった人たちは、それをひとつの出し物のようだと楽しく眺めていたらしい。
これはそんな２人の警察学校での、過ぎ去りし夏のアルバムを飾るワンショットである。
