The two men's cheerful voices echo throughout the bathhouse. One of them is Onamuchi, who would later be worshipped as one who introduced hot springs to wash away impurities. The other is Sarutahiko, who is worshipped as one who purifies uncleanliness. The two become friends, and manage an inn in the world of the dead, a common sight in the world of the living. In the realm of the dead, a vessel of impurity, this unusual feature has attracted a lot of attention. Eventually, its reputation as the finest bathhouse in Hell began to spread.
