Translated from Japanese A mountain spirit, manifested in the form of a bear, who became a stray summon after a tragedy beyond his ability to stop took the life of his summoner. Barghest belongs to the Arakawa guild, an organization made up of many stray summons who have come together for self defense and support. To get by, he sullies his hands with the dirty work the Roppongi Guild doesn't wish to do. Barghest cares deeply for the strays under his protection, and those who respect and help his fellows earn his admiration.

Official Japanese 熊の形を取って顕現した、山（バーグ）の精霊である「転光生」。自身ではどうにもならない不幸によって召喚主を失った男。「はぐれ転光生」たちが自衛のため集まる、荒川ギルドに所属。糊口をしのぐため、六本木ギルド等からの汚れ仕事を請けている。仲間を想う気持ちは強く、仲間を助け尊重してくれる相手に対しては無条件の好意を抱く。

Translated from Japanese His shackles are a Sacred Artifact, but also a terrible burden that attract hostility, hatred and grudges, and he uses them more to shield blows from the assailants than as a weapon. As he struggled to get by, a desperate Barguest was hired to wear these shackles, to used as a decoy to gather rogue summons who have become a danger to society, where they can all be captured in one fell swoop. Fated to serve as a mine canary, til his dying breath, new wounds will be engraved into his body with each day.

Translated from Japanese The reason Barguest avoids associating with others is because he wants to avoid having other people getting dragged into the misfortune collecting around him against his will. He himself gives the curt response of not wanting to feel that guilt when asked about it, but it's also true that he's always considerate of others. As a result while the thing he secretly desires (meaning someone who wants to stay with him) should be few in number, he also continues pretending to not see those feelings. Barguest may say that it's not a crime to like whoever you want, but there are times when good will directed at him has been lost to "accidents." Or maybe it's just an excuse. Things are different if there is someone who gets caught up in his misfortune despite not being near him, however. In that case, he'll hurry over without any concerns about himself and gently hold them.

Official Japanese 彼が他者との関わりを避けるのは、意に反して己が集めてしまう「不幸」へ他人を巻き込むことへの忌避感に起因している。その感情について彼自身は「その罪悪感を感じたくないから」とぶっきらぼうに答えたりはするが、自身より他者を常に考えるその思い遣りもまた真実であろう。そのため、彼を密かに慕うもの、彼の傍に在りたいと思うものはそう少なくないはずなのだが、彼はその感情に背を向け続ける。「誰かを好く気持ちに罪は無い」と答えながら、自身に好意が向くことは「事故」と切り捨ててはいる。あるいはそれは、いつか自分が抱くかもしれない感情への言い訳なのかもしれない。しかし、例え自分が傍に居ずとも、それ以上の不幸に巻き込まれるような人物がいるとすれば、話は別だ。彼は自ら傷つくことさえ顧みず、その元へと馳せ参じ、優しく抱きしめてくれるだろう。

Maybe Barguest can be Variant 5* unit because he kinda quite outstanding in chapter 14 plus Mennsuke quite a long time away from draw 5* unit (Krampus, Hogen, Sanat) if not be Barguest maybe Behemoth?

Amatsumara - Smoky God look like side characters and they already have 3 version now I don't think he will draw human 5* next after Hogen / Sanat and leave furry like Krampus alone here...
