Lol, in terms of likeness, he could've hit other flags with players, but that's a whatever. I'll leave good statistics for peeps here.

Pair with Musashi, both have advantage to Weakened foes. 3rd skills heal rate may vary, but do about +500 recovery per target.

Intentional misses proc his Risk Takers' CP boost which doesn't show you unless you have him, but it dumps an automatic 50CP if he ever misses, so that's pretty useful.
