Eden is one of the worlds that are participating in The Game. It is based on holy or formerly holy figures in the Abrahamic religions and is named after the biblical garden of paradise.
The World Representative of Eden is Michael.
The exiled soul of Eden was Shaytan.
Overview
Eden's system strives for a perfect world predicated off a standard of ritual purity to be upheld by unquestioning faith; all that fail to meet that standard are cast out beyond Eden's walls, usually to be destroyed, or be banished through the world's open Gate to Gehenna. According to Michael, in cases where the world's purity falls below a tolerable level, the system inevitably resets by initiating the Great Flood, originally with the purpose of destroying lives, but now only wipes away all the memories of the world's residents.
