The Wild Hunt is a guild once existed in a past loop.

Philosophy

The guild was created by Odin (or more accurately his memories with Ose as a medium) for the purpose of helping the Protagonist escape Tokyo through The Walls. However, all of the members met an untimely end after they failed to defeat Jormungandr, the true form of the wall at the end of the sea, even after they summoned Thor to battle against him.

Other than Oniwaka, the guild consisted entirely of people from Yggdrasil or related to that world through Sacred Artifact.

The boat wasn't from Aegir. It was the Skidbladnir - Freyr's famed boat that Ose/Odin somehow had in that loop.

I think it is mentioned during the story of the dungeon's quests of the second dungeon, the one lying in Ikebukuro Colosseum's underground.
