The Game Masters is a guild whose Portal is located in the Tower of Babel in Oshiage, Sumida Ward. It is also the entity responsible for overseeing the Game unfold through the consequences of App usage. The Game Masters and Entertainers make up the Game's two management guilds. Because of its status as an administrative guild, members of the Game Masters and Entertainers have the exclusive privilege of being able to hold dual guild membership.
Many members of the Game Masters and Entertainers form pairs together to watch over a given area. Examples of these pairs are
