Translated from Japanese A youth whose name roars as the strongest delinquent in Roppongi. He has dominated numerous rival gangs, uniting them under his name. Or so it seems. Seth is the name of he who controls the desert storms, and commands his men from the heart of the storm. However, there is a dark side behind this throne he usurped from another. His cane is a Sacred Artifact that exercises his rule. Great power lies within, but he is only able to draw out a portion of it.

Translated from Japanese Seth is ruthless toward his enemies, but will do everything in his power to protect those he counts as a friend. His Sacred Artifact has the ability to sow chaos, and is capable of great destruction depending on how it is used. But, destruction is also the beginning of creation. All things have sides of yin and yang, and chaos indicates that both are included. Seth believes that when he is able to master this Sacred Artifact, he will be one step closer to achieving his ideals.

Official English "This Transient from the world of Aaru works a part-time job at a beach house. He ascribes his poor swimming abilities to having largely lived in the desert, so his friends in Tokyo have taught him how to swim and even surf. However, a strange turn of events led to him riding a wave of slime and forging out towards the open ocean with his surfboard, quite different from conventional surfing. Contrary to his tough-guy self-image, he is actually quite worldly-wise and amicable. Like many Transients, he takes on other jobs on the side, although he tends to shy away from harsh working environments that others flock to, such as a certain wolf from Yggdrasil and a demon from Midearth."

Translated from Japanese Aaru originating Transient who is making efforts at his part time job at a beach hut this time. He's thinking about how his inexperience with swimming comes from not having much practice at it since he lived in a desert. So on that note, he's been taught to swim by one of the friends he made in Tokyo. He's also taken up practicing surfing since the opportunity presented itself. Through some strange magic he rides on a wave of slime and sallies forth into the open sea with his surfboard. However, those moves are very different from conventional surfing. In the back of his self-consciousness is an unexpected worldliness and lovability. While also a Transient part timer, he rarely goes to the same workplaces as the ones who tend to pick places with harsh work enviroments. Those are probably given to, for example, the wolf from Yggdrasil and the demon man from Garothman.

Official Japanese 今回は海の家でのアルバイトに励む、異世界アァル出身の「転光生」。自分が泳ぎに不慣れなのは、砂漠での生活が長くて練習したことがなかったからだ、と考えている。ということで、東京でできた友達に泳ぎを教わり、そのついでと言われてサーフィンの練習も続けていたようだ。ひょんなことからスライムの波に乗り、サーフボードと共に沖へくりだすこととなる。しかし、その動きは常識的なサーフィンのそれとは大きく異なっていた。本人の自意識とは裏腹に、意外と世渡り上手、愛され上手。同じく「転光生」アルバイターでありながら、過酷な労働環境を選びがちな誰かとは職場が被る事が少ない。それは例えばユグドラシルの狼、ガローデマーンの魔人などが挙げられるだろう。

This Seth probably represents the Hyksos Ba'al (just a title in this context) who was syncretized with the original Seth when they ruled in Egypt. Ash says that he was actually from a "forgotten desert tribe", and his solitary existence apart from the other Egyptian deities fits with the Hyksos' mostly monotheistic worship of Seth.
