The Oceanic Realm is one of the worlds that are participating in The Game. While its belief system has no true name, it's most commonly referred to as the System of Mu.[1]19 The world is based on Australian, Polynesian, and Hawaiian mythology, as well as various legends of Pacific and Atlantic Ocean.

Its World Representative is Tangaroa∞.

Its Exile is the Rainbow Serpent.

Overview

Landscape

The Oceanic Realm consists of multiple smaller worlds and civilizations, such as Lumia Kanaloa, Atlantis, and Lemuria, all surrounded by a vast ocean.[1]19

System

All of the smaller worlds within the Oceanic Realm are caught in a loop of ascent, decay, destruction, and submersion.[1]19 These worlds are all born of the sea, nourished by the sea, lavished and corrupted by the sea, and are ultimately drowned by the sea, returning to the ocean from whence they came.[1]6 The sea claims all, no matter if it is large or small, strong or weak, good or evil. After sinking to the bottom of the ocean, the memories of the world and its inhabitants are taken in by Ra Mu.[1]19

The faith of the System of Mu exists to gather all of its scattered memories into the world's oceans. The sea acts as a capable vessel holding all of the various histories and tragedies of these smaller worlds and peoples because of its vastness; a human body is ill equipped to handle the amount of memories that exists within its waters. The ocean is described to be large enough to accommodate even the infinitely repeating memories of Tokyo with room to spare.[1]19

The sheer number of advanced civilizations the world has swallowed prevents the Oceanic Realm from having one true name to describe its System. The closest term to describe it is Mu, the name of a phantom undersea kingdom ruled eternally by their hero Ra Mu.[1]19

Since the Oceanic Realm is composed of several smaller worlds, does that mean they also have several World Pillars?

The Exile of this world should be Kane, given the hints about who Tangaroa∞ truly is.
