The Outlaws, referred in full as the Kabukicho Outlaws, is a guild whose Portal is located in Kabukicho of Shinjuku Ward. Its Guild Master is 
Ellie.
Philosophy
The Outlaws maintain a policy of isolationism, not interact with any other guild and punish all those who would intrude into their territory.
Though they also have a philosophy of acceptance and allow anyone to join the guild as long as they follows the rules, no matter what their past might be like.
