"An ogre Transient from the Land of Wa. In his previous part time job at a mine, he met Shuten, who he sees as the ringleader of the ogres. He looks up to shuten as the epitome of chivalry, his role model, and also someone so powerful that he has the ability to control all of Tokyo should he choose. He is mortified by the current lack of progress Shuten has made in taking over Tokyo, focusing instead on playing baseball. When he fully releases his ogre powers, his appearance will completely change."

One of Shuten's followers, and an oni from the Wanokuni gate. In the world they originally came from, Shuten was a respected leader Ibaraki looked up to as someone to strive to be like. Ibaraki absolutely believes that, if he were to put forth the effort, Shuten could rule this strange parallel world of Tokyo, and the fact that Shuten currently devotes his skill and strength to a mere baseball team causes Ibaraki no end of frustation. When releasing the full demonic might hidden inside, Ibaraki's body changes into a completely different form.

The source of his demonic power stems from the obsession of women he spurned in his human days, as a peerlessly handsome man. That deep-rooted grudge transforms his body into a feminine form. But, worried over the object of his admiration, Ibaraki tries desperately to hide this side, playing at being a different person. Though he thinks his act has everyone fooled, it is plainly obvious to everyone that they are one and the same.

Notes

Based on Ibaraki-Doji, the most important follower of the oni Shuten-doji. The game's iteration blends various interpretations of the original myth. His origin as a handsome man who stole the hearts of women and was eventually turned into a demon by their grudges, and his penchant for transforming into women. The stories also vary on whether Ibaraki was a man or a woman, a loyal follower or Shuten-doji's lover.
While Ibaraki and his female counterpart have the same expressions when hit, charge skill, and their love lines, his "Cursed" counterpart usually tries to pretend she's not Ibaraki by using more feminine expressions (finishing her attack with Desu Wa "ですわ", or using the polite -masu "ます" or, -masen "ません", it's negative, on the verbs)
For the "Cursed" version, her weight indicates "秘密ですわ♡" or, rather, "It's a secret♡".
Ibaraki also shows in two different loading screens: in one, he's laughing at Kyuma's effort to swing Shuten's Kanabo, as well as another one where he presents a little doll in the likeness of Shuten while asking him "Look good, right!!" (いいだろ！！)
