As his judgment of common sense is loose, he's known around as a cute weirdo with a lax sense of personal space who doesn't know when to stop. But even so, he's a person with good leadership skills who can somehow naturally gain the respect and good will of others. He's easy to see through and doesn't hide his good will towards others, so he's extremely popular.
