A rowdy man notorious throughout Tokyo who freely wields a massive naginata, his Hallowed Artifact, with inhuman strength. Abandoned as a child, Oniwaka was taken in and raised at a nearby shrine, and his life among the monks make up his earliest memories; he recalls nothing about his birth parents. Despite his upbringing, he's become a very rough-and-tumble man and is quick to pick fights. Since the rise in violent incidents due to users of the summoning app, Oniwaka has taken up "app hunting", tracking down and taking out users who abuse their newfound powers.
