I think what people are trying to say is, he can't use the bracelet to transform since it supposedly only activates at the moment someone wears it. In order to use the bracelet again, you have to take it off first.
Ok, true. But does that mean it dispels transformation as a whole (where the form he chose is permanent until he takes off the bracelet), or can he still transform into other creatures while wearing the bracelet before dispelling the spell?
If his bracelet can change his form why does not he just shapeshift into something thinner and take his bracelet off? It does say he does not mind his form but if i were in the shoes of the MC i just would not be capable of holding that thought in. Also imagine the endless possibilities with shapeshifting powers.
