He is an undisputed master of disguise, and can appear as a child or an adult at will depending on his mood. Even the most challenging of assignments pose little problem for him thanks to his exceptional natural talents, but this only leaves him bored and disinterested. He frequently attempts to seduce enemies well-disposed toward him, and sometimes takes unnecessary risks while on the job, likely in an attempt to bring more excitement to his work life."

Transient from the world of Gehenna. In this Tokyo, he's a capable spy who is a part of the mysterious organization called the Agents. His code name is 057 (Fifty-Seven). As a master of disguise he sometimes appears as a child and sometimes as an adult. With his natural high specs he can easily accomplish any job no matter how difficult, so without any thrills he seems bored. Perhaps because of that he's developed a habit of putting moves on kind people on his opponents' side during missions.

That may be why he has deep ties to ex-military from every world here in Tokyo. Since he distributes false intel as easily as he breathes, he's hated by those who do analysis for a living.

- His code name is 57, which is his rank in the Ars Goetia.
- He is described to be a leopard and transforms into a man, which is reflected in-game as being a leopard therian.
- His rule to make people believe whatever he says is taken directly from his powers in the Ars Goetia; he is also said to make anyone believe that he is a pope or a king wearing a crown, which is why his Sacred Artifact is a crown.

Ose's gun is a possible reference to the golden gun used by an assassin in the ninth film installment of the James Bond franchise; "The Man with a Golden Gun."
- This becomes more apparent as both Ose and James Bond act as suave spies that perform covert operations, though it was the famed assassin and Bond's rival that held the golden gun in the film.
Ose's seal as drawn in the Ars Goetia is shown in his four-star art, it is on the very back printed on the flag that astronaut Ose is in front of.
