An incredibly arrogant Tenkousei and self-proclaimed creator of the Olympus parallel world. He's an ancient Creator Dragon that stubbornly believes wisdom acquired with age to be the most important attribute. He is one of the Roppongi Tycoons' Executive Members and shows influence over various of the guild's branches. He doesn't like to sully his hands fighting against inferior enemies, instead he prefers to sweep them by breathing light from his mouth.

Official Japanese 天地創造の力を持つ宇宙卵の「神器」を使用することで、オリュンポスに創造された全てを産み出す事が出来る。その「産み出せるもの」の範囲にはなぜか、「神器」の持ち主であるオピオーンさえ含まれる。一説によると、この「神器」が有する権能は本来、オピオーン以外の者が有すべきものであるとか。卵より産みだされた若きオピオーンは肉体的に全盛期にあるにも関わらず、この姿を晒すことを酷く恥じている。何故なら竜種にとって重ねた齢とは、最上の価値であると信じるが故である。彼にとって年功序列は絶対の真理、年上の言う事には絶対に逆らわない。

For some reason even the Sacred Treasure's owner, Ophion himself, is included in what can be created. According to one theory, this is because his Sacred Treasure's Rule originally belonged to someone other than him. This is due to him thinking his best quality as a Creator Dragon is his age. As far as he's concerned, his seniority is an absolute truth, not something to defy.
