On paper, Licht is a leading member of the Roppongi guild, Tycoons. His actual position, however is largely that of a figurehead and he has no real power within their ranks. Mixed race, with German and Japanese parents, and occasionally mixes German into his speech. A hopeless military otaku to the point of wearing military uniform styled outfits as casual wear. He is a member of the art club at his high school and considers art his second great passion, though he's not very good at it. That said, Licht admires those who do have the gift of artistry.
