Tetsuox is based on Li Kui, a character from the classic Chinese novel, Water Margin. Li Kui is nicknamed "Iron Ox" and "Black Whirlwind" for his famous strength, dark skin, and berserk behaviour.
His Japanese name Tetsugyuu is a Japanese localization of his nickname "iron ox", while his English name Tetsuox only translates the later half of it.

Using the same formula I used for Chernobog, I calculated Tetsuox's dong size, so, here we go
Tetsuox is 184cms tall, which equals 815 pixels tall on his sprite. The upper part of the bulge (assumedly the dick) is 57 pixels
Doing a quick proportion gives a total of 12cms of dick from base to tip, which isn't really much tbh, rather average
The lower part (assumedly balls) are 65 pixels, which means approximately 15cms
So, Tetsuox's dick is 12cms (approximately 5 inches), while his ballsack is 15cms (approximately 6 inches)
