"A student at Ueno Academy who looks like a panda but is really a demon from the world of Yggdrasil. From the moment he set foot in Tokyo, he has been doing everything he can to make himself popular, from absorbing hip-hop culture to tweaking his personality. Unfortunately, few people can be said to truly understand him, causing him to cling ever tighter to those he finds to be ambitious and driven. A Transient in the form of a panda and student of Ueno Academy in Tokyo Ueno Ward. In truth he's a demon that came from the world of Yggdrasil who styles himself as cute. Since coming to Tokyo he's aimed to be a star, and due to being influenced by hip hop he's set up a self-modification plan. If there's an image gap he can bathe in the attention it brings, so he goes around showing off the rap and break dancing he's learned. Unfortunately few people understand his real intentions, and as a result he admires and has an affinity for those who make great efforts towards their goals. Also as a person who easily gets into high moods he's often scolded for bothering other people, so he doesn't really like his polar bear senpai. Alp is quick to open his heart to people who compliment him.

東京上野にある飢野学園の生徒で、パンダ姿の「転光生」。その正体はユグドラシルから東京にやってきた自称キュートな「悪魔」。東京に来てからは人気者になるため、ＨＩＰＨＯＰに感化されたり、自分改造計画を立てたりし、隙あらば注目を浴びようと覚えたラップとブレイクダンスを披露する。だが残念なことに彼の真意を理解できる人は少なく、それゆえに目標に向かって努力する人に憧れや親近感を抱く。また、お調子者ゆえ他人に迷惑をかけてばかりで叱られることも多く、そのせいで白熊の先輩を苦手に思っていたりする。自分のことを褒めてくれる相手に対してすぐ心を開いてしまう。

"Alp's Snapback is one of his Sacred Artifacts, allowing him to switch dreams with reality and vice versa. When he was born in the interval between reality and dreams, his ability to traverse both worlds was sealed within marks of moon and sun that can be externally controlled. The sun represents reality, and the moon the world of dreams, and each mark functions as the key to its respective realm. However, it turned out that the sealing of his powers meant that Alp would have to enter the dreams of others to feed, and thus survive, forcing him to use his Sacred Artifact on a daily basis. He transformed into a panda long ago using the Rule of his other Sacred Artifact, a Bangle. However, he carelessly made his form so rotund that he can no longer take it off and reverse the transformation. Yet this doesn't seem to concern him, as Alp is very taken with his panda form, and it should be noted that all information pertaining to it comes from the panda himself and is otherwise unconfirmed."

The hat Alp possesses is a Sacred Artifact with the power to switch around dreams and reality. When he was born in the interval between dreams and reality, his power to access both worlds was sealed by the Carved Seal of Sun and Moon, and he became able to control them from the outside. The sun governs reality and the moon governs fantasy, and they can function as a key to enter each of those worlds. But after being sealed and as a consequence of being only able to feed himself within dreams, he has to use his artifact on a daily basis. Some time ago he used a bracelet Sacred Artifact he also possessed that could change his appearance to make himself a panda. But since he thoughtlessly used it to make his body stout, he's become unable to take off the bracelet, which is the only method of dispelling the transformation. He however likes his panda form, so he doesn't really mind not being able to transform back. Also, anything Alp says about his current body is unsubstantiated.

アールプが持つ帽子は「夢と現実を入れ替える」ことができる「神器」。彼が夢と現実の狭間で生まれた時、両方の世界へアクセスできる力を「太陽と月の刻印」に封印し、外部からコントロールできるようにした。太陽は現実を、月は夢を司どり、それぞれの世界に入るための「鍵」として機能する。しかし封印後、夢の中でしか栄養を取る事ができないと判明したため、日常的にこの「神器」を使用しなければならなくなった。かつて、自身が持つもう１つの「神器」である「姿を変える腕輪」の「権能」によりパンダ姿に変身したが、考えなしに豊満な肉体に変身したことにより、唯一の解除方法である腕輪を外すことが出来なくなる。しかし本人はパンダ姿を気に入っており、元に戻れないことをさほど気にしていない。なお、現在の姿に関する情報は全て、アールプの自己申告である。
