Translated from Japanese =The Otemachi Genociders guildmaster, a heretical religious organization that once existed in Chiyoda. Those who would put an end to the world have no need for a brand carved onto their bodies. She's half Japanese, half French. She hides something within the fury that would burn away everything. Official English "Their Chain Sacred Artifact possesses a Rule which traps the sinner and burns away their sins. It is not the Chains that do the binding, however, but the victim's sense of guilt that binds their body. Hence, they will never be free, even if the Chains break. As such, the Chains make for effective restraints. Arc works hard to discipline themself, and therefore, secretly bears feelings of animosity toward those who embody freedom."

Translated from Japanese The chain Sacred Artifact has the power to capture sinners and burn away their sins. It isn't the chain itself doing so, but it restricts things through the "consciousness of sin." Because of that, even if the chains are cut it won't necessarily free someone. If used in reverse, it's possible to use the chain to restrain someone. She hides a burning heart of antagonism against those who discipline themselves, make an effort for themselves, and those who personify freedom.

Official English "Initially, Arc was fighting out of a sense of solidarity, perhaps spilling over a bit into outright sympathy. But as time wore on and the fights just kept coming, these feelings slowly gave way to a deep yearning that became like a chain gently wrapped around their heart. Now, as Arc adapts to the world of fairy tales, they don a familiar red-hooded cloak and are reminded of the days when the color of vengeance had so thoroughly soaked into their clothes. This time, however, the red isn't just on Arc's outfit, but in their cheeks as well, their outlook changed from the person they once were: gratitude and happiness now fill their chained-up heart, along with a tinge of longing, as Arc focuses their attention on making chocolates to give to those they hold dear. They are the Little Red Riding Hood of this tale, but perhaps not the canonized version; there exists another telling of the story in which Little Red hunted and mercilessly slayed the big, bad wolf on her own in an act of vengeance, without the help of a huntsman. It's unclear if Arc knows this telling, but if so, surely it's the version of the tale they resonate with the most, as they too would no doubt pursue to the ends of the earth any who dared lay a hand on their loved ones."

Translated from Japanese In the beginning it was just close friendship or sympathy. As battles waged on, these feelings turned towards admiration that softly chains the heart up. Now that Arc has disappeared into the world of fairy tales, they are wearing the red hood that reminds them of the time they were stained in the color of vengeance. But does this hood also hide their reddening cheeks? Gratitude, happiness, affection...all sorts of warm emotions fill their chest as they continue making chocolate. Speaking of, there's a minor difference of opinion about that famous story of the girl with the little red riding hood. There's a version that says that little girl forgone the help of the hunter and slaughtered the beasts that harmed her family with her own hands. If Arc were to hear that, they'd probably sympathize with that version of the tale. Arc would also never show mercy to anyone who harmed someone important to them.

Official Japanese 最初は「親しさ」、あるいは「共感」、そういった感情であったはずだった。繰り返す戦いの中で、いつしかそれは慕る想いへと変わり、鎖となってその胸を甘く締め付ける。今回、童話の世界へ紛れ込んだアルクが被るのは、復讐の色に塗れていたあの頃を想起させる、目深なレッドフード。しかし、赤く染まった頬もちゃんと上手く隠せているのだろうか。感謝、幸福、思慕――あたたかな様々な思いを胸に、アルクはチョコレート作りを続けるのであった。ところで、かの有名なレッドフードの少女の童話には、マイナーな異説がある。自らの身内に手を出した獣を、狩人の力を借りずに自らの手で屠ったというのだ。それを耳にしたなら、アルクはその物語にきっと共感を覚えるだろう。自分の大事な誰かに手を出した者を――アルクも同じように、許しはしないはずだから。

Notes

• Arc is based on Joan of Arc (Jeanne d'Arc in French), a heroine of France and Roman Catholic Saint. She rose to prominence in the military but was later accused of heresy which Joan, as an ardent Catholic, denied but was found guilty. She was burned at the stake which was the favored execution for heretics and witches, which is where her association to being a witch arose.
  • Arc's Sacred Artifact, the burning chains, where it would bind and burn anyone caught in it through their sins is a possible reference to the tethers that held Joan tied to the stake during her execution by burning for the accusation of her sin of heresy against the Catholic Church.
    • The original wielder of their SA is the Witch of Orleans, which is a play on Joan's nickname the "Maid of Orléans" and her execution fitting that of a witch.
    • Them disliking the Protagonist may stem from the fact that the Protagonist holds the soul of Shaytan, the fallen angel who went against the will of the God whom Joan was a pious believer of.
  • Their Charge Skill line, La Chaîne d'Exécution means "The Execution Chain" in French.
• Their summoning mark is located on the back of their left hand, resembling a cross surrounded by flames.

I take back everything I said about Arc and the Genociders because these guys are mild compared to the world reps. The Warmongers are human trafficking slavers, the Invaders are Domestic Terrorist, and the Rule Makers are Religious fundamentalist zealots who want to Ethnically cleanse all of Tokyo.

You know back before Christmas Benten I was thinking how the closest they'll do to a second female 5* variant is Arc, and my prediction turned out true

It's interesting that they're the third variant to retain the same element and range as the base 4* or 5* version, after Band Typhon and Christmas Ryota so long ago

In my opinion she is support unit but If compared between with Horkeu Kamui (Hot Paradise) some skills may look similar but I'm still think Kamui good more than her as Fire Type.

If you want to find some snipe support type Fuxi or Wakan Tanka (IN) still get more credit by not move unit or maybe you want some character who can clear all of enemies with quick hight charge CS Ctugha It's one of the good choices too !!

Don't get me wrong this unit is nice art style look so good and I like her BUT her skill not good enough as the same Level 5* Characters.
