He who was afraid of destroying the Earth, the land where he was born, has sealed his powers within his Sacred Artifact, a set of divine ropes that attaches its power to its user. But when another user tries to bond these ropes to themselves, the bondage will lose all power and fall apart. One example of this power is to create a river which devours all hope from its encountering enemies.

Notes
- Regarding Fenrir's Charge Skill "Hróðvitnir": in the Grímnismál, Hróðvitnir is the father of Hati, who pursues the moon on its course. Additionally, Hróðvitnir is associated with Fenrir in Norse mythos.
